hi guys,

wanted to know if anyone is growing the new DP autoflower.. well maybe not new but I thought they were.. the blueberry , polarlight... ?

I swore I would never buy fem seeds, but I caved in.. I have some polarlights growing, as well as some BB that I am gonna do windowsill only... not sure how old but there only on the 3rd leaf set, so it will be awhile

I can throw up some pics once they start flowering if no one has any pics.. I also have some blue ryder ( old version maybe ) in flower with a lumigrow, as well as some LR2.. they were getting old so I said they need to be popped before they became bird food...

Their blueberry is probably lowberry or some other brand's blue auto. I think stitch bred polar light so they should be true autos.

I have a Taiga auto by DP and will be knowing in the next 10 days if she is an auto or not.

I grew PolarLight and they all hermied on me! I grew S60 along with them and no issues at all! DP is overpriced crap IMHO!!!

tried there older autos, didnt auto, got free seeds from the seedbnak as i complained and the next batch didnt auto, i avoid dutch passion.

have done many DPs NON AFs, if the results from those are anything to judge how thier Autos are then I would AVOID THEM at all COST!

The only half decent DP strain was Oasis, but it still suffered lower yeild, fluffy buds but the quality was excellent.

What about orange bud?
I got like 30 clones of dp to put out this year.
Hope I am not wasting my time.

sure DP orange bud is tasty but its known for just average potency and yield, nothing special really except the taste if you find the correct phenos.

Best of luck, SGS

we are pretty new to growing in general so dont have too much of our own to compare with, but think the DP autoflowering blueberry was pretty good.. thats the plants last season we thought came out best, best size and best toke. already have a few more packs for more of them this summer. last summer we grew LL mix,LL hindu kush, dp bb,big devil and maybe some more I cant remember.. some of the DP blueberrys got bigger than the others, the big ones were also bigger than the biggest big devils which were supposed to have been bred specifically for size. unlike big devil not every DP blueberry came out as big though.

heres a pic of one of the DP auto blueberrys, may be far from done, badly treated, low on rootspace and sunlight and right before it got alot of budrot in it leading us to cut it (all our plants there that summer got budrot:/) so can prolly get even better with proper care->

couldnt find the pics right now but had DP blueberry (3, fem only) along with LL blueberry (1 male) indoors this winter to make seeds (as DP sell these as fem only -.-) where it was very clear this DP blueberry is very different, tho got much smaller indoors than this^ pic (or maybe just diff. pheno?),they get pretty tall

disagree with ppl saying its bad.. would have DP auto blueberry instead of many other autos and are planning for more of them coming seasons. and no problems (except the budrot which may have been triggered in another plant and spread, but dno), made some nice weed:) also we saw no blue/purple in any of them, but maybe cos none of them finished completely..
some of the sprouts also looked weird/deformed in the start (similar to the non-auto DP BB) but no red/purple/blue in these autos anywhere of what we noticed

it gets a thumbs up from me^^

^ thanks for the info

I am hoping that mine stay small ( windowsill plants ) , but they should given the sun length, and I guess I will keep in small pots..

good writeup, and pic

My DP Taiga showed sex under 20/4 in 32 days or so. I would say go with DP autos at your own risk. There's plenty of other proven, stable, and cheaper autos out there.
