Can I pick the collective hives brain ?

I am currently waiting for a doctors appointment to apply for my MMAR license (Ontario Type 1 and 2 issues)) and I have some fears/ starter questions.I am hoping some of you might have input to help me out.I have read a large portion of the threads here but my particular questions do not seem to be covered(for the most part).



1)IRL-How often are patients being hassled and or charged by police?-even if they are following the letter of the law and not selling excess /charges dropped etc-Stories of this scare me and I cannot afford lawyers all the time.


2) Can you have your hunting license and guns (stored properly etc and a MMAR license (self grow)



3) Does it seem possible that if the Conservatives get elected again-the MMAR program would be ended?



4) I am hoping to run Sativas(landrace Sativas eventually) with some Indica- My room will be 8' high x 3.3' deep x 7.3' long -I plan on running a Lumigrow ES 330 .....then for flowering add in a Mercury Vapour UVB bulb and 2 - 150 watt HPS or CMH vertically -below the Lumigrow (to help the lower sections)

Does anyone think this is viable? Please do not spend time trying to convince me LED is not good-SMART meters and cost are an issue here and I feel LED works well enough for my purposes-I do not need mass bulk end product.


5) Does anyone know of a Canadian source for Lumigrow?

6) Where are the actual regulations regarding indoor/outdoor? I plan to have a green house in the summer(indoor in the winter of course) but it would be connected to my house (like a solarium)

> Possible, I guess it can happen. i have not seen it yet, but if so they count then leave if your numbers are correct. Prior CDSA charges may garner extra interest from them...

> I'd say yes - you are not breaking the law. Matter of fact, I'm going to go redo mine soon... (PAL). Already licensed to hunt.



3) Does it seem possible that if the Conservatives get elected again-the MMAR program would be ended?

> This I fear, but am unsure - All I know is 1) it makes little $ for gov't, and 2 - Harpy is on a anti-cannabis crusade here. Could happen with majority (IMO)

> Can't help you here, I use HPS. Upgrading from 400 to 600 soon.

> IMO, Best bet would be to contact HC and ask them about the Ghouse. Your license will specify #'s for indoor/outdoor.

1)Not often.If you are legit and inside numbers you will be OK.If u get busted , represent yourself and get your shit back.(Judge has to act as your defence in these cases)

2)If you have FAC and relevant permits and safe storage u be fine

3)No way it is going to be more open....Trust me!

4)Sats need STRONG light.Feel free to go to town with the biggest bill you can afford to pay.

6)Greenhouse with concrete floor= Indoor = more numbers.....DO IT!

Thank you very much for your knowledge-I feel better about things already Lets hope the latest developments and aybe a better political climate soon ( Crossed anything I can) will make things better and easier for all of us.

Once I get 50 posts-I most likely will contact for more involved advice.I am starting to seek rarer beans of strains I have tried and know helps my various and odd mix of maladies.I am sure rarer/Landrace is going to be more challenging to self produce.
