Would this take out heat from HPS?

Hello, so Im turning my plant from 18/6 to 12/12 soon, and I hear that at flowering period i need ~27c temperature, now i have ~31, so bud will have lower resins or smth :D Im using 2x 400w HPS with simple reflectors, if I do like in my plan, will this help me to lower heat from ~31c to ~27c? im not going to use any glass or something, just to attach vent pipe to reflector :) ill hope you understand what i mean.
Here this is my reflectors

get rid of the middle pipe its basically useless,Use your intake and use it as an exauast .I did similiar in my old room .I probably got 5-7 degrees F cooler

BTW i used a good size (squirll caGe) fan If your using computer fans I dont know.

What are are thinking about doing is running your light on a closed loop and exhausting your room separately. Honestly, unless you are using CO2 I don't see the point of doing this as you should be able to get sufficient cooling with a one (good) fan passive intake system. In this type of system grow room air would cool the lights before it exits the grow room.

Here are two possible designs that would likely provide the same level of cooling more simply and at a lower cost (credit and thanks to Sgt.Stedenko for the drawings). To do either right you probably want a good 6" centrifugal fan (Can, Eclipse, Vortex, ect).
