Exhausting air out for a 250w hps?

So I have a 5in pc fan rated at 90-96cfm, I want to know if this can be used to exhaust the hot air out? My cab is 3ftx3ftx3ft, I have a 10inx6in vent for passive intake and a 4in hi velocity fan inside the cab blowing air around. I'll also be attaching a small pc fan right below the 250w to blow the hot air towards the 5in pc exhaust fan. do u guys think this will be enough to keep the cab cool?
By the way the 250w hps is not a cooltube.

Maybe? Whats your ambient temperature? Is it an internal ballast? No carbon filter?

You can do a lot with pc fans, but the costs quickly add up. Extra wall warts, extra fans, more holes in the container = more light leaks and odor concerns

Or you can just drop the money and get a cheap 50-60 dollar squirrel cage fan, or a stanley blower, and have sufficient fan strength to run a carbon filter as well.

From what I have seen and experienced, even the high power Delta fans that push 150 cfm and have decent water pressure ratings don't come close to matching a budget squirrel fan that is pushing 180 cfm.

The 5in pc fan have a snap on carbon filter that I mocked up. How well does it perform? I honestly can't say right now I guess I'll find out later into flower. At the moment I have 4-55w cfls and the temp is at the lower 70s around 71-73f and this is without the 4in hi velocity fan. With the fan turn on the temp drops down to the 60s. I'm growing 1 plant right now and she's been on 12/12 for 2 weeks now. I want to upgrade to a 250w hps but I want to make sure the current set up I have right now can cool the 250w hps.
