Best of luck with the NL search also, I was given 25 seeds of supposedly NL to try out and find a mama keeper, here's to hoping we both find something worth keeping

Getting some seed plants situated in the seed hoop. Clones will be outside under lights before the end of next weekend.

Branchy Double Strawberry diesel. It's labeled 2b because my keeper clone from 2007 seed is pheno #2. These are also seeds from 2007. Looking and smelling promising.

Made the hoops wider this year. Made a few other improvements as well. Big spliff of SFV OG x Chemdog pheno#4.

Planting lot's of goodies tonight on the new moon. Lot's of stuff I made last year too,including seeds from a 10 pound Fuzzy Mist(Sequoia mist) that I crossed with a male SSSDH. I tracked down the real breeder of the mist and gave him some seeds. He's also got a purple mist and a fall mist.

Well I wasn't planning on popping anymore seeds anytime soon but fuck it you talked me into it. I never started with a new moon but always a little curious if I would notice a difference. Looking good out there so far.

Also what kind of temps outside are you ok with putting your plants out in the greenhouse? And do you heat your greenhouse's in any way at night?

Nah ah,I said I don't smoke when doing serious work,like heavy lifting or labor and something that takes lot's of thinking.
I do smoke while enjoying getting seed plants settled into their hoop. just watered them with a bit of Age Old grow,EJ Catalyst,and Nitrozyme. Already have some promising looking and smelling males.

No heat for seed plants. It'll make em tougher to deal with some colder nights. It'll be fine as long as I compensate colder weather with less water.

You and the other big growers here are an inspiration to me, everything you guys do and work with, amazing. Some day I hope to be able to do this when I settle down.

I second WayOutHere, GD. You said you're making 'em wider. Why? How much? What lengths and size PVC are you using?

Hoops are 10 feet wide. Much more space for plants than 8 ft last year. Also last year pvc was cut back 18 inches and hoops 8 ft wide. This way I can have hoops the same height but wider.
I rolled the plastic up in 2x4's,drilled holes in the 2x4's and hammered rebar through the holes.

Holes and rebar in the 2x4 is a great idea! trying to design an efficient affordable system to keep the plastic taught has been my biggest issue. I also chose to do 10ft width for hoop rows this year based on my pots will be 8ft diameter. I really like the height that the hoophouse gives at 10ft width and 20ft pvc. still plenty of height.

We have just put out our clones under a hoop and im wonderin about heat. Do you bring new air inside the hoops like a deprive or are you just circulating whats in there when you close it up?

Thanks man,I won't be giving clones heat but they wont be outside for about another week. No extra airflow inside the hoop except what comes in on it's own.

Started a bunch of crazy seeds on the 3rd. Almost a few of everything started breaking ground in way less than 72 hours. Late tonight will be 72 hrs since planting and it looks as if at least half will be up by then.
Planted directly into pre moistened mix of 50% fox farm light warrior and 50% black gold.
Started Sensi Durban,DG DTC99,Rez SFV x Chemd,SD IBL,Pitbull OG x SD IBL f2,SFV OG x SD IBL f2,Diesel berry(SD x F13) X WW(SFV OG /CD X C99),Diesel Berry X SSSDH,Fuzzy Mist X SSSDH,SD IBL X SSSDH,SD IBL X KQR(C99 X G13bx),Double Strawberry diesel S1,Blue Moonshine X Double strawberry diesel(fem),Killer Queen Kush,Mr.Nice Spice,SD bx1.5 X wonder diesel,Blue satellite 2.2,Purple Kush X Blue Hawiian,F13 X A11,and Purple Star and Burmese Kush Goo both crossed with SSSDH just to see if anything decent pops out.
So,all those seeds/seedlings are rocking,clones are rocking,older plants from seeds are rocking,everythings rocking,..except the storm we're about to get.
Time to roll one up,

Sounds awesome GD, those SSSDH crosses could prove to be some pretty fucking awesome crosses. That Blue Moonshine x D StrawDeez sounds legit as well. My stable isn't as deep as yours but I'm doing something very similar to you and just going to pop half of what I got laying around and looking for those winners and looking to make a boatload of f2's/crosses etc.

Can't wait to see your projects flower out man and good luck staying dry. Temps dropped big time this week and looks like we're gonna get a little wet.
