what I consider legit romulan is from federation seeds which is no more

next generation has their version and the rom max I believe so I would check into next gen unless they tanked as well.

actually both did back crossed versions of romulan so take each as you want HOWEVER I love the feds version. I still have romulan genetics in one of the hybrids I made called 1776 and am wanting to try and back cross the romulan phenos and see how close to original I can get.

Look for the cool 3 leaves and pine scent and you will have it (feds), more of a berry, grape then you have the next gen (I think they used blueberry to backcross and why it smells that way)

also if you are in a med state or able to get clones you can find Grom and many other rom variations that you can breed out for rom phenotypes.

I myself may be interested in finding out what might lay within these Romulan crosses:

Hashberry x Romulan:
http://www.seedbay.com/index.php?a=2&b=17875
This cross has more of the bud structure of Romulan but the leaves just don't carry the Romulan look.

Northern Lights #2 x Romulan
http://www.seedbay.com/index.php?a=2&b=18211
This cross has the leaves similar to Romulan but the bud structure is no where similar to Romulan.

He has many other Romulan crosses at a nice price. I am thinking of grabbing a package of each, running them, and finding the best Male and Females out of the packages resembling TRUE ROMULAN and breeding those together.

Had some quality Romulan in 2005 that I used to grow and can't find anything else called Romulan that even comes close. I miss it in my grow room and I don't say that about many strains.

Hope this helps a tiny bit at least.

I got a clone from california med dispens which do you think I have? What can you tell me about it? Best way to grow in dwc? I think my clone has a nitrogen over dose? I feed it the same thing as the other clones they look fine?
I truly appreciate your advice!

I keep hoping Rez comes out with a worthy Romulan in seed form. Rom has been one of my favorite strains since I started smoking.

looking for romulan

I very recently picked up NG's Rom from Alien. Will eventually grow them along side some Motarebel's Rombolt.

man romulan takes me back to highschool, big sugary buds with a candy pine taste. i saw romulan in a few crosses on the bay....we used to get QPs of romulan for 900 bucks and break the whole thing into 20 and 30 sacks back at the turn of the century...miss those days. smoked many a romulan blunt on someones doorstep or hotboxed in a car parked somewhere in the alleyways of SF...

its good bud but in todays environment everyone wants to pay for OG kush and other "designer" strains...Romulan simply dont pay the bills. but who knows, maybe with the new techniques developed a decade later the Rom might be something potent...so i might be down to buy a pack if they got the REAL deal...

i do wanna make a romulan cross with something though, and name it "ROME-ULAN" in memory of my friend Rome who used to smoke a bunch of Rom with us back in the day...

Next Gen's ROM is very impressive during late Veg displaying sativa-like branching yet in a squat/bushy indica-looking plant. Lollypop the fuck out of it. Lots of undergrowth. If you can conquer these things, then you will actually "LIKE" one of the most potent MEDICAL strains still available. I don't mind that it is backcrossed with white rhino, which is a great strain, and then selected to be something like 97%+ pure Romulan. That's good enough for me. Has anyone actually grown romulan? A "friend's" plants smell piney with a tinge of ripe fruit. It stinks like a mother fucker. Do you need a new carbon filter???
