Its at day 89 of flower and is ready to go but the buds looks like they are about to have another round of buds coming in...is that normal? Its G13 (sativa)
Why does my plant thats ready to be harvested look like its about to bloom more...

Sativas often do that. The time to harvest is when the buds are ripe, not, unfortunately, when they stop growing.

!! lol i can't seem to get past 60 to save my life 
only "scientific" way is to get a pocket microscope and check your trichomes (the crystals.. they are like tall mushrooms, and the heads will start out completely clear, then around 40-50 they start turning cloudy, finally to an amber/red color. well, that is more on the indica side. for a sativa probably add twenty days on those numbers and it should be close.. folks have dif preferences on when is best to harvest. isn't really an objective "best," just depends on what kind of a buzz you want. a nice 80% cloudy, 10% clear, 10% amber is a pretty good all-around place to start if you aren't sure what you like.. though most bomb-ass growers say nothing is worth taking down less than 65, and they usually say 70 is money. (like waiting 6 days to call a girl lol)
the longer you go, that is the more they are turning amber, the more couch-lock (narcotic) a feel the smoke will have. but like the man above said, you can't just let them keep going forever. there is definitely a point of diminishing returns, and it is when all of them have turned amber. let it go further than that and they (the trichomes, i.e. where your lovely thc resides) will just start dying, until the resin is all-but worthless. you will end up with huge, monstrous nugs that smoke like oregano and get you just about as high.
i am no expert but, guys, what do you think--prolly safe to take her down huh? i've never ran pure G-13 but have some nice G-13 x Deep Chunk crosses in my garden right now and they are ready to kick ass at day 55.. (click on blue link to see some pics if ya want). that is probably the DC bit making them ready that early but if nothing else chop a branch and hang her up to do a test smoke next week (i would have done that around 70 fo sho)

Counting days or going by hair/pistil color is by no means a good way of determining when to harvest.. as mentioned check them trich's!.. they will let you know when they are ready... PocketScope-$8 at radioshack, from my understanding most cannabis plants mature with 2 harvest windows *usually* within 2weeks of each other, these r usually the "peak" times.
I believe G13 is a long flowering sativa - 10-14~ weeks depending on the pheno.. pics would help a little.

89 days isn't all that long, the truer the sat trait she could very well go 120+.
That and make sure you're depleting that N some more if you think she doesn't 'look' where she should.

Dude, what you have is called "foxtailing" I am willing to bet (without the benefit of pics).
As Greenwich Pope says, cut the N completely and it will stop the foxtails and promote ripening.
And get a jewlers loop, scope or some means to check for the condition of the trichomes.
80% cloudy and 10-20% amber should do you right for a sativa. What's the point in growing a sat or sat dom if you are going to let it go all amber-might as well just grow an indica or indo dom.

Amnesia Haze is a fine fine sativa let me tell you, I had the pleasure of growing it one season, it went a good 100-115 days, I let her go as she pleased and rewarded me greatly in the end... deff. not your grandmas weed

i've got one random bean from a bag of ghost og- amnesia haze X ghost OG i wonder if it's a winner?! scared to pop it and find out it flowers 100+ days haha
my buddy is growing g13 and is gonna toss the plants because of this reason....she looks ready but has new pistil growths sticking out everywhere.....and it doesnt even smell that crazy either, and he bought them from an overhyped unnamed amsterdam breeder and was bragging about it...lol. i didnt wanna say anything when i saw his plants but glad im not growing her!
shes not that bad...nice frost and a decent smell..but not worth the headache at all.
