yesterday total wet weight 273g or (9.7oz)
today's weight is 113.4g or (4.oz)
im not a professional at math so i donno the percentage that has been lost so far but if there are any mathematicians out there feel free to either post the formula or do it for me
I'm expecting an 80%loss total, which will be about

273x.80=218.4-273=54.6g or (1.95oz) total. wont be mad if its less but will be ecstatic if it's more!
my dry method is 24 hr out to dry, 24 hr in jars. repeat everyday minus 5-8 hrs each until fully dry. then into the jars for curing and burped everyday for 1 month.

I'd get those out of the jars mang, they don't go into jars for a few more days... they need to dry before sealing up. Head over to the harvesting/curing section and do some reading before you proceed with what you're doing, dunno how you lost the 13g but I'm guessing mold.

lost 13g of water and will continue to lose weight until about 75% of total weight is lost. i.e. water, from drying out.

here's a little update on the final result. I finally just got off probation and was able to smoke my baby for the 1st time today!
keep in mind it has been curing for 5 months now! a few posts back i was worrying about a "hay" smell, well that smell is looong gone and smells as expected.
-Smoke is smooth!
-Flavor is good. after flavor reminds me of a sweet roasted marshmallow?
-High i would rate it a 7. (same rating as other people that have smoked it)
