Personally i would go with the 11 ltr pots, you`ve got at least three weeks in veg and then another 3 weeks stretch in 12`s before the roots stop growing, that will easilly fill those pots, and of course its gonna be coco ???

6.5 would do but there's no such thing as over kill . i always try go bigger than needed so imo go with the 11L pots :)

Probably closer to 5 weeks of veg, strain dependant of course but the key to a good scrog is timing
Dwc at 30 days the screen is about 10 inches at least another week to go

dwc about 40 days

The second screen should be flipped but the first screen isnt ready ,
These are both indica dominet with little stretch so an extended veg time is needed for max yeild.IMO soil or coco is going to require and extra week if not two for best results scrogging.

scrog questions for pros (pot size)

take the outline of your canopy on the day you will chop, and pretend it is a solid mass. the volume of your canopy should not be more than the volume of your soil for optimum conditions.

i use as big as i can fit into my cab - 4x15 litre under a 250 - (soil) . coco you may get away with smaller, but also pot size has an influence on stretch. with a big up-pot when i flip them i generally get away with less veg time as stretch is encouraged.

I would also like you to consider airpots especially in coco, i`m gonna be doing a 3 plant scrog under 600w next grow, and i`m gonna use airpots, as i`v seen a big increase in plant size and yield compared to ordinary pots in my sweet p grow.

if you're looking to run different strains from seed etc then i would recommend the modular scrog - especially as you're pretty handy with the old DIY.
being able to get the separate plants in and out means you can check them over properly for herms, and you can change the height of different plants to even out the canopy - because some stretch much more than others.

right sorry for slow reply vg have jus trawled through all pages of your 250 moduler scrog inspiring to say least think moduler is way im going to go might stiick to same strain for ease nt sure yet, might make up a frame with 4 equally sized individual nets but leave one in bck corner free to put my oscilating fan in corner then have some pc fans dotted about just gotta go shops for last few bits new ducting etc then blast off, have set tent up am jus running her in seing how doing temp wise etc etc

looking like leaning towards either cream caramel or royal purple kush hmmm

cool, look forward to seeing what you come up with. even different seeds from the same strain can have very different growth habits and stretch. modular is a bit more complex to set up but it removes all the downsides of scrog, imo :D
