well, i dont know if somone not as stonned as me will make sense of this, but on the movie tapped a Documentry, they said people where getting sick from bottled water.... because the FDA only regualtes interstate comerce, wich means if its grown in state and bought in state,theay have to butt the f out. at least for water companies

Just check out US Patent 6630507 titled "Cannabinoids as antioxidants and neuroprotectants" which is assigned to The United States of America, as represented by the Department of Health and Human Services
