Just some cool stuff I wanted to share with the community that just
might help some of you to take the actions that you haven't been
able to take, but KNOW that you must take them because they are
truly important and will help you to accomplish what truly matters!

And also a few things that will help one to focus on being percise,
and this is very important when it comes to making sure that the
things you are doing are as safe as possible for you and your family,
or whoever is important to you. Growing is still considered a crime
in most places in the world, and the more focused we are, the more
safety we can create, and the more we can enjoy the fruits of our
hard, but so very enjoyable labor.

The first is an hour video by Richard "Mack" Machowicz, a Former SEAL
and host of "FutureWeapons" on the Discovery Channel. The stuff he
talks about is very important, especially to the folks growing in the
places where you can go to jail for it, and have your whole life turned
upside down in one moment.

http://vimeo.com/10213877

The second video is where he talks to the Cincinnati Bengals.

http://vimeo.com/10359554

The third, is where he talks to the Raiders:

http://www.shadowspear.com/vb/threads/richard-mack-machowicz-talks-to-the-oakland-raiders.7120/

Don't know why the NFL teams hire him to talk, but the looks on the
faces of these mofos is priceless!

Plus, if anyone is interested, here is an interview with him:

http://www.tradingmarkets.com/.site...uit-No-Limit-Thinking-with-Navy-Sea-77443.cfm

He also has a book, called Unleash The Warrior Within, in case you
want to explore this a little deeper. At Amazon there are plenty of
reviews to see what other people think about it.

But, imho, the first video is all that is needed, because he really
covers the most important principles that can help anyone not
only to be better at what you do, but also to be focused on doing
everything that is possible that you are safe, and hitting all your
targets in your life. And the targets are the awesome buds that
are grown and later enjoyed...of course!

I'll watch this later after I'm inspired from enjoying the little things in Philadelphyeah.
Getting busted truly can be a life changing ordeal that only takes ONE encounter with a LEO.
MY friend is doing a very positive thing that touches so many dynamics in our world.
Here's some motivation/inspiration for ya.

Anita, that is awesome, helping other people out when they need it
the most is what makes us human, and it's such a pleasure for me
to read stories about how different people create ideas and then
implement them and actually help other human beings!

Very inspirational story, and what I like about this forum. No matter
what other people think of people that love weed, all I can say is
that we are a bunch of people that are inspired and that can inspire.

I like his enthusiasm, hes a great speaker. def got me pumped.

...But I just gotta say it.

if you shoot a laser beam through fog it doesn't become a poorly diffused flashlight. its just a very visible beam of light that will STILL hit its target :p

so I guess his point is, don't get distracted, but its okay if you throw a little mental fog/get a little high on the way. amiright??

Here's something else that I wanted to share with people that are
interested in developing courage to live the life they actually want
to live.
I have read hundreds of books, and this has been the most
profound one that will have you becoming aware of some of the
major reasons why you might not be living the life you know you deserve.

http://ebookee.org/Find-Your-Courage-12-Acts-for-Becoming-Fearless-at-Work-and-in-Life_1039935.html

The download buttons are at the bottom of the review, and
make sure to choose the free regular download option. Enjoy,
and let me know what you think of it after reading the first 30 pages.

Here's just a small quote from the book, one of the LEAST profound...btw:

Given that most people would like to feel whole and good about
themselves, why then do so many of us act in ways that lack
integrity? I’m so glad you asked! The reason is that we are too
attached to the payoffs and not sufficiently aware of the costs of
our behavior to admit it, much less change it.
As with all choices,
there are pros and cons whichever way you go, and when people
make a judgment that doing the right thing is going to be more
troublesome and less convenient than doing the easy thing, it’s no
surprise they choose the road more traveled. So, why even bother?

By reflecting on how a lack of integrity may be affecting your
life, you will be far better equipped to find the courage for living
with uncompromised integrity. It stands to reason that owning
up to where you are taking the easy choice rather than the right
choice requires not only self-reflection but also brutal honesty
and a healthy dose of humility.
So, if you have not been running
your life with a strong commitment to integrity, it’s time to think
about how profoundly your choices may be impacting the true
quality of your life.

Okay folks, here's another ebook for people that love to read
inspirational and motivational stuff. Out of the 500+ books that
I have read in my life in the inspirational/motivational/self-help
domain, I'm giving you links to books that actually help you to
produce long-term results, not simply make you feel good.

http://ebookee.org/Start-with-Why-How-Great-Leaders-Inspire-Everyone-to-Take-Action_1035063.html

Make sure to go below the review and press "Free Ebook Download"
link, just below the Amazon ratings. After getting to that page, go
down and find the "free" download. Then download and enjoy.

This fuc*ing book is a business book, but it covers the MOST
IMPORTANT thing (imho) for a human, the WHY, behind everything
that we do. It has made the biggest difference in my life, and
has helped me to answer the toughest question:

What is my TRUE DESIRE, the purpose "why" I exist???

Believe me, this is the TOUGHEST QUESTION to answer for most
people, and doing stuff like making money, growing weed, breeding
weed, banging chicks or guys (depending on who you are :)) etc.,
is NOT "why" we exist and are not our TRUE DESIRES.

These are the HOWs and the WHATs. The WHYs are on a much
deeper level, and can be difficult to put into words. Which is why
nobody wants to tackle this area.

Your highest aspirations and deepest values are your truest desires,
and when one becomes aware of his/her purpose, WHY one exists,
you understand that the things YOU LOVE DOING are the things
that help you to live and experience this WHY.

Here's his video, before you read the book, it's short, and he is a
bit weird and goofy, but his ideas are really profound, even if they
are quite simple.

http://blog.ted.com/2010/05/04/how_great_leade/

and his blog

http://sinekpartners.typepad.com/refocus/archives.html

he has organized his posts in a strange way, but there are a few
gold nuggets in there that can help you make more money!

Here is an interesting quote from the Find Your Courage ebook
that I gave a link to in post #6. I have read this freaking page
many times, but for some reason it really effected me profoundly
this time around. I usually re-read the first three chapters
because they cover the fundamentals, and as most people know,
the fundamentals are what really make the biggest difference.

No matter how destructive the behavior appears to be or how
unhappy one might be about a situation, there is always a payoff
on some level.
We humans can be mightily misguided creatures
at times, but we’re not totally stupid, and we never do anything
unless we judge (however poorly) that on some level we will get
some reward from it.

Until you identify the payoff you get from whatever problem or
circumstance you have, it will be damn hard to do something
about it.
And, until you identify the payoff you get from failing to take
responsibility, you will be unable to get more of what you really
want in life.

This can be a tough thing to notice in one's life, but if you have an
oscillating pattern in your life where you are always taking one step
forward and then two steps back, it is because of this PAYOFF that
you are getting while you are taking those two steps back.

Just something to think about folks, because if you are always asking
yourself the question "why the f*ck does the same shit happen to me
over and over?"
- it might be just the right time to think about the
payoff that is causing you so much long-term pain in life.

There are two books that cover this whole structural conflict in
full detail, but they are not uploaded anywhere online. But, out of
all the books that I have ever read, they explain why so many of us
are caught in an oscillating pattern, or what he calls structural
conflict and why we can't get out of it no matter how hard we try.

Here are the reviews to the books, check them out in case this is
something that you have been experiencing and want to finally
find out WHY !!!

http://www.amazon.com/Path-Least-Re...=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1301596284&sr=1-1

http://www.amazon.com/Your-Life-Art...=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1301596307&sr=1-1

Both of these books are worth ten times their weight in gold, and
I would recommend to get them both and to first read the first one
and then the second one, and then re-read them a few times in the
same order. These two books combined with the two books in my
posts above (free downloads) are all a person really needs to get
to the bottom of structural conflict, and to start building successes
on previous successes without destroying everything you worked
so hard to build up, so that you have to start all over again.

Does this sound like something some of you are going through
in your lives, when you look back as long as you remember yourself?

Sounds hard. I'll think about it after my nap . . .
