Seeds are legal, yea..
But that doesn't stop customs and/or cops from raiding your apartment/house if they intercept seeds in the mail, so go figure.

Still, if your safe address is a non-smoker & non-grower, and doesn't have anything illegal going on, i'd say go for it.

There was a seed bank called scanseeds or something operating from Finland a few years ago, but they took it down and the owners had to pay a fines or something, someone went to jail for it.. I'm sure other Fin IC-members remember the details better and will share in the future. Selling seeds in Finland is forbidden, i think it falls under "aiding a drug crime" or something in the law.
Feel free to correct me, if i'm wrong :)

Is it a strong chance? I would not like to cause any shit to the orderer.

Never order where there is something illegal going on, people do get busted like that. If the place is free of growing, go for it.

Spore prints come easy.
With seed orders safest/best way is avoid netherlands, I think.
UK is safer, and it depends where do you place your order, some shops are safer than other. Luck has also something to do with it, but it is very hard to customs spot stealth seed order, and spore print even harder.:good:
