Duplicate's meandering cabinet.

I wanted to grow weed.
In Sept(ish). I built a cabinet

1200W HPS flower / 4' x 8 T5HO veg
FFOF / Perlite. Feeding with General Organics sample pack so far.

Bought 20 Blue Dream clones from a friend and stuck them in my cabinet with barely any ventilation, no thermometer, nothing really. Just hot lights. So 17 of my clones died. One of the survivors had spider mites so I just gave her away (to a friend who doesn't grow just so he could throw it outside and see what became of it). The remaining two I turned into bonsai mothers.

I had not completely finished my flowering room because I wanted to get my cloning down, or whatever excuse I used to justify my procrastination that day. Well I finally did finish it one day because I had a few clones I wanted to start to flower. When I went to fire my dual ballast it didn't work. lol. It's always something amirite?!

So now I've had two more weeks to veg, clone, experiment and here's where I'm at.

Bonsai Mothers These are the two survivors out of the first batch of clones I ever had from October. 3/20 I gave the third one away.

This is just a personal medical grow so I'm not going to maximize it's potential. I just wanted a lot of room to be able to work, move things around, etc. I'm also going to be growing some veggies, herbs and fruits as well.

Just some random pics. I finally got my ballast back. Now I just have to wait till Tuesday when I will have my electrical inspected. Then I will be in full control of my operation and hopefully on my way to my first harvest!

I'm at the edge right now. Everything needs to be transplanted but there is no room. Because everything is so big that it needs to be transplanted, it needs to be watered all the time lol.

wow. It's pretty funny coming back here and looking at those tiny lil plants! The stretch, FNA! lol. I'm learning so much, it's so fun. This crop will be far from reaching it's full potential due to vegging the plants too long and having a design that doesn't lend well to adjustment. Stupid, I know. S'all good though, I'm happy with the way things are coming for it being my first time.

Because of all kinds of shit I don't really want to get into here I have to redo my cabinet anyway. I was bummed at first but now I'm actually looking forward to it. I was thinking of maybe hanging the two 600s bare vert in a 4'x4'x6' space. Is that dumb? lol I haven't done enough reading on it yet.

Here's some mexican bag seed I popped after having it for over a year. Long before I ever seriously considered growing. I'm glad I kept it. It might be shit, but it might not. I can't wait to find out.

lol it's funny because I "know" that but I'm sure I don't realize that. I may not finish these ones due to having to break down the cabinet. I have a mother though I'm not too worried.

If this hobby has groomed any character trait that I may have had before it would definitely be my patience.

Alright. Here are a few more detailed ones from day 48.

Here are some victims of the learning curve. This is a combination of bad design, resignation and experimentation. Long story short these plants out stretched the lights and I let it be.

There are a couple in the album that I didn't post here. I've learned a lot and continue to do so. I'm looking forward to doing this on a smaller scale and just learning the plant more. I was told to expect nothing from my first grow so that's where my expectations lie. I'm still waiting to come in and see that they've spontaneously combusted or to see them covered with some strange toxic mold.
