Can someone please clear this up for me? Is it legal for a Colorado caregiver to sell to a licensed patient? How does that work when you sell to a random patient on craigslist? I see all sorts of ads on there....can anyone direct me to where the law in Colorado states that this is legal? Thanks in advance.

Only MMD's are allowed to sell to patients who are not signed under them. Many of the adds on craigslist are MMD's. A regular CG trying to sell on craigslist is defiantly breaking the law.

Caregivers can get money from their patients to recoup the costs of growing the meds.

The only people allowed to sell to license med card holders are dispensaries as far as I am aware.

Well, most are dispensaries.

If you go on CL trying to sell your meds in Colo, you better have consulted your lawyer first. B/c you are then trying to operate under AM20 to recoup your costs...but these people aren't your patients, so it is really hard to defend your AM20 defense should you get popped. Area is so grey, it is almost black.
But you can still get hookers on CL.

I personally wouldn't try it. CL is a big enough pain in the ass when you are trying to sell totally legal shit anyway.
