Pretty cool, any reason you don't use string? Lazy? Gets in the way? Is this only to start your plants or do you do anything else later on? Cool stuff.

looks great but if you start with the plant upright, don't you think the roots will also have to adjust? don't get me wrong here , looks like a killer idea. just thinking about space station videos of roots going in circles because they did not know which way was up. which in this case could be a plus or not. TAGGED

the roots haven't complained about being mixed up or anything, this is just the start, sometimes it really takes some coaxing to get these girls to lay down.
