Need help. I have 3 strains in room 1.4mx1.4m that dont want to start flowering.
Strains are sativas, grapefruit and one other sativa. Seeds were f2.
Plants got 12/12 on 7th week, 10 days ago, some sativas 21 days ago.
Still no preflowers or pistils on any plant.
Night temperature is 18 C and days 23 C.
Fertiliser used are GH Floranova Grow (in veg) and Bloom.
Humidity is high 90%.
Light is 400w hps philips son-t 45000 lm.
There are no light leaks.
Plants were toped on 4th internode.
Plants still grow rapidly.

What to do ?

With all plants, Sats or Indicas they will not flower until they are sexually mature. So with a typical Indica hybrid you have to wait until they are at least 6 weeks before they will even begin to flower. So how long did you veg? Sativas take longer all around. Some way more than others. Did you read any breeder information or just put them in the dirt? And topping will put them into shock for a week or two.

they were in veg 48 days, switched to flower 12 days ago
one strain of sativas were in veg for 35 days and swithced to flowering 19 days ago

have breeder info: one sativa strain, takes 2-3 weeks to start flower, needs 10 weeks to finish
grapefruit needed to start to flower, 55 days to finish
2nd sativa strain - that were 35 days in veg need to finish in 11-14 weeks - but this ones were heavy trimed

all in all between 1st sativa strain and graprefruit needed to be difference but plants still grow very rapidly

55 days for a sativa? Keep in mind that is 55 days after flowers start. It is a game the breeders play. Not 55 days of 12-12.

Just be patient. Growing weed is a game of patience on Many Levels.

As everyone has said be patient and wait. 10 -12 days may not be enough time to start seeing the flowers. Make sure thee are no light leaks keeping the plants in veg stage, but many varieties take longer to show flowers than 10 days to two weeks. Your growing environment may not be the same as the stated finish times by the seed companies and can vary by a few days.

55 days for Grapefruit, yea I thought so 55 days after the start of flowering, couldnt be any other way
Grapefruit strain is always a winner with its astounding taste and unbeatable smell. Always finishes in under 8 weeks. Good yields with top quality smoke. Early maturing, fast flowering and maximum yielding. Buds have a soft smell of grapefruit, sweet taste with an intense tropical high. This is a strong fruity strain. Does very well indoors.
there are no light leaks checked many times
Grapefruit should be in flower by now,

you said wait, do I have any other option

make sure you dont have any red lights on timer or extension leads. I had a malfunctioning timer that came on for 5 mins in middle of the dark period, could not tell from looking at timer.my partner noticed the light was on but only told me weeks later!luckily it was in growth not flower(now she has put timers all together so throwing them both out to be sure)

How come your humidity is so high?? My room hit 90% one day and I could literally shake the tent and make it rain in my room

there are no lights in the tent except hps

90% don't know - could be that my humidity meter is broken, also I took that value at the soil level
