I think it is a great idea we will meet "unofficially", it will help us to grow and learn how to coordinate things in this "corruptable" world.

I will definitely looking forward to chatting with all about the many possibilities for unifying our nomenclature/ use of wording in the medical/ recreational canna fields, as well as sharing any experiences and questions/answers persons may have in relevance to using cannabinoids for the treatment of a variety of symptoms.

Im having some serious issues trying to asses strains specifically as user reports can vary and it would be nice if we could look at some of the interactions and experiences others have been having.

Theres a massive "gap" in this info, people working on canna rights and reform would like to hear the voices in the heads of those most experienced with this herb, so I do look forward, as this is one of the better chances we get to meet. Plus it could be a good view from the dam for the space shuttle "issues", unless enough of us warn such silliness off. Either way its a date like the any, good and bad in the many years. Dependent on the flow of things. Lets make this one a positive year for as many as we can.

All I know is that after visiting that glass pyramid down south, im thinking these types of events could use some make overs so that they become usefull times to share recourses, and so we can develop some truly up to date ways to analyze the highs we are experiencing.

Hey guys,

10 days before I'm in Amsterdam

My plan is basically hang out in the center of Amsterdam, with a bunch of growers friends, and go around coffee shops and the city, for a week. And of course attend to any IC gathering 'cause that's my goal for Amsterdam !

I suggest that we start a planning with meetings, Time, and places, so everyone will be able to gather, if mods are ok with it of course. Can we do this openly ?

Flying in 10 days, no idea how I will find out whats going on, smartphones don't work over there from the US, getting a loaner EU phone but it won't be the same as having my girlfriend and her little phone. I have considered the purchase of a laptop so I can stay up to date here on IC. Anyone form the US getting there meds over there that would like to share how please PM me. PureKnowledge, don't worry bro will sort everything's up, so we just need to print the list of events and we'll have everything needed. You will have internet in your hotel or just find a place where you can access it (they are all over, there are even Internet Coffee Shops !).

I have found my stay, I m gonna camp at Zeeburg with 3 of my friends from France. I really enjoyed my experiences in this camping, good place to meet thousands of international stoners. As planned, I ll be in holland on the 13rd, amsterdam for sure on the 16th up to the 23rd.


Let's start a List of good places to hang out, and then we'll put up the days and hours where we should meet, what you think ? So we don't need to check out IC every day when in Amsterdam for meeting points ?


Personally I like :

Greenhouse - Red Light District : In the afternoon, outside with view on the canal, MrHaze Style, enjoying the sun is nice !

Abraxas, Jonge Roelensteeg : Good place to chillout on the first floor, not so crowdy and really good fresh mint tea.

Blue Bird : Nice place for hash, good chill out place indoor

Come on guys, let's get ready to rock Amsterdam !

1) grey area
2) mellow yellow
3) katsu

few are probably too small or not comfortable enough for such meetings.
and i'd really like to checkout voyager as i heard good things about it lately.

Hey Icetoker, indeed Zeeburg is some of the coolest place...!

Randalika, Grey Area is shitty for any meeting, way too small and always full. But they have good stuff, sometimes.

Mellow yellow and Katsu are noted, I m not very familiar with those, are they big enough for meetings ?

We can also attend the meetings of our fellows from the Dopetribe, a cannabis podcast, where around 50 stoners will gather during 420.

More coffee shops ideas ?

Greenhouse united has the best deal as place to stay and nice clean atmosphere, well vented and with 2 large indipendent rooms (upstairs or downstairs) where a crowd can easily stay. Hope that Franco will support the informal gathering...
Charas parties during the HTCcup were held there....
Least but not the last food is really above average to be a coffeeshop: from breakfast to hamburgers.

IMO is a good place to be in mornings and decide what to do later.

Anyway in my experience is difficult to move a stoned crowd all together... Time flies as joints pass by...
