Bloombastic & Snow Storm Together, ok?

I'm replacing Hydroplex with Bloombastic.

The Bloombastic warns to avoid products with high p/k numbers.

I also got some Snow Storm Ultra which says it's a K supplement - Is it ok to use these together?

I'd avoid any (P/) K products when using Bloombastic, it is already very high on those. Also, don't use Bloombastic with drip irrigation or Aero, it might clog a system (just as a side note).

Thanks for the reply - do you have positive experience with bloombastic>? I'm also using floranectar which is a 0-0-1 sweetener - is this ok? I'm in soil using pure blend pro....many thanks

I just bought some but haven't opened it yet - I'm already using a large schedule (budswel, floranectar, hydroplex, monster bloom in pure blend pro bloom soil) I was going to replace the HYDROPLEX and MONSTER BLOOM with the Bloombastic - you think I should kill the sweetener and budswel also?

i use my base nutes+bloombastic

i use bloombastic right up until i flush. sometimes maybe maybe a dose of gravity to harden up the nugs.

fucking love bloombastic. only bloom stimulant i've used for years, and it's the only one that i have seen a noticeable difference in yield/flower size.

I'm about to enter week 6 - I was going to start adding it now (since I just got it) as well as snow storm which is 0-0-3 oil stimulant.

Any reason to think that snow storm on top of bloombastic would be a problem?

i've heard not to use bloombastic with other bloom booster products. problems with lock out i guess. if i were going to do something like that..i would consider going with a foliar feed of the snow storm.

I wonder how the FoxFarm solubles stack up against boombastic. Ive only used FF so dont have anything to compare it to.

If you want to know what Bloombastic does for you, kill everything but the basic fertilizer you use. Elseway you'll never know what was Bloombastic or the other stuff. There might be synergy effects, but also harmful side effects in mixing with Bloombastic, as it contains the chemical P/K part as well as others parts, mainly to raise the uptake of P/K. Too much of those (they might be in your other boosters, too) can be harmful. My suggestion: use Bloombastic pure for one run and decide afterwards if it was worth it.

cool - I think I'm going to try mixing half doses of snow storm foliar and bloombastic and replace my current flowering boosters tho - maybe pure bloombastic next run

So I don't burn alongside the other nutes - I don't want to abruptly cut off my other supps so i figure it's better to ease it in.

i think using it with the other supplements is going to cause the issues. i've talked to bloombastic reps, and they SPECIFICALLY told me not to use bloombastic with any other bloom boosters, or it would likely cause lock out.

i've been using bloombastic with just my base ferts for years, and have had nice big flowers every time. check my journal if you want to see.

I agree with this but the question is what week do you start using bloombastic and cut everything else out? I've done as early as week 4 and skipped using any sweeteners.... just base and bloombastic til the end.
