Is NPK 1-1-1 same as 20-20-20??

Hey I'm a little confused on the NPK ratios that are given. I understand it's the ratio of N to P to K, but is 10-10-10, ten times as strong or concentrated as 1-1-1??

I read a lot about cannabis fertilizers, and see lots of people recommending 20-20-20 (not sure if they're talking soil or hydro), but these Technaflora hydro nutes are like 1-3-6(BC Grow). Does that mean they're pretty weak compared to 20-20-20?

Thanks

Concentration bro. Some powders are 20-20-20 where liquid diluted may be 2-2-2.
Look at products like like AN Big Bud in its powder 0-15-40. In liquid its o-1.5-4.
If I'm not mistaken Lucas formula is 5-5-5. This is general all purpose fertilizers. That's why it works so well.

yes,

10-10-10 means 10% N - 10% P2O5 - 10% K2O, so it contains 10 times more of these nutrients than 1-1-1.

But their NPK ratio is the same, 1:1:1

Every liquid fertilizer (fertilizer solution) are just watered down fertilizer salts.

Where did you get this 5-5-5?

Based on the numbers from Cannastats
NPK ratio is 1 : 1.9 : 1.7
elemental NPK ratio is 1.2 : 1 : 1.7

A lucas concentrate would list something like this NPK on the label
1.3 - 2.4 - 2.2 (N - P2O5 - K2O)

At 10ml/l this would end up as a lucas formula

those are just percentages of the NPK
1-1-1 would have 99% filler where 20-20-20 would only have 80%

Not true...

20-20-20 would be 60% total, so the filler would be 40%, but since these percentages are calculated percentages and not the actual nutrient contents, this is also not true.
