Most OG'z lack that punch if picked at 8 weeks..almost all of them....but for the market....8 weeks is ready to go...personal use.....9 weeks minimum or 10 weeks for perfection

great pic humble, but i definitely think it would have been more swollen, and denser if taken longer... I actually prefer the smell taken later as well.
No doubt co2 and hydro can take a week out of flowering, but still, i would never take an og before 65 days if i didnt absolutely have to

Bushmaster works awsome with OG'z also...helps take a few days off flowering time and gives the nugs a nice tight look ....when dosed right I think it increases smell and bag appeal
I'll def run a batch fulterm and report back smoketrees. I don't think anyone will be disappointed with this batch tho
I'm not the most experienced OG grower so there's a bit of learning curve to these girls. I can see where a select PGR like bushmaster would help with height and lateral branching as all the OG's tend to grow in a "reed" like fashion.

dosed right being the key term... Like 1/5th of label recommendation.
My bro who the Valley cut comes from always uses bushmaster. Ive seen batches where hes gone too strong, and you get the densest, hairiest most beaster smelling og. It definitely works great when given the proper amount tho, for sure.
I personally prefer to not use it, but need to compensate with more LST/training
I have got some gravity laying around but i dare not use an untested (by me) product on my precious last grow (for a bit, of course).
I did use gravity on my vert attempt but didn't come to any conclusions b/c there were so many other variables. I used at 1/3 recommended dosage for 2 water only (no nutes) waterings.
Per Sub's and Tree's advice i am going 68 days and that is for all strains, including C-99 so that might be just weird
