** EXIF Data Assistance Please **

Bah!

i am going nuuuts!! my pictures have all been showing up sideways (even when they aren't) and not saving when i rotate & 'save' or 'save as'. i just read that EXIF data stores the orientation of some pictures, so erasing all of it erases the orientation.

does anyone know how to fix this problem? i have look all over the place and i cannot find anything on this problem. someone else has to have had the same problem as me.. help?

please help so i can upload some killer super resinous flower pics!

wooo! i figured it out just gotta change the orientation when editing the exif data

I believe ICM strips out this data upon upload last I heard

That's what I thought too. My pictures are always oriented the way I exported them from iPhoto.

I just saved a few pics and checked for exif data, all blank after upload. I don't want to say for certain but I am 99% sure it gets stripped out. Because ICM really cares about you!
