Hi !
You a lucky man !

The Highland Thai it's a really best strain ! Powerfull high ,soft, sweetened, fruity flavours!:dance013:
Much branch, fine and long head, the leafs have very fine finger, it is large a sativa has long flowering, of the very very long time ! only the defect of this plant is that tendency has the hermaphrodism!
It is necessary there to go gently with ferts (like all landraces), and to give him much space for the roots;

It should out initially be reproduced eliminate the hermies from them;
afterwards, all depends on what you want to do… personally I would cross it with sativa early to keep fantastic High of this plant all decrease flowering by it; if not I would combine it with others tropical sativa (vietnam, camboge, Zamal, etc…)

Take in care, much good stock Thai one disappeared (massive extermination of the DEA)!

I adore the Asian southern stock but it are hard A to find pure…

Good work my friends

(sorry for my bad english)

Just received word from a buddy who's been travelling the globe for the past few years that he brought a present back from the northern highlands of Thailand for me - Landrace beans!

Not sure how many I'll get, but I was hoping someone around these parts could give me an idea of what is typical for the genetics coming from that area; It'd also be great to hear some opinions on how best to integrate / hybridize this line with some of my favorite clone-onlys.

Thanks!
Hi,your looking at about a 16 week flowering period,best started on a 12 hour light cycle or even less to contain the size,also keeping them in small pots help with this.You can drop light time down to 10.5 hours as this area is around 19.5 latitude,as said before go light on nitrogen and they prefer organic if possible.Finishing in colder temps may bring out some purplish colouration.Good luck.There is a strain description if you google it for Highland Thai/burmese border stock from the Lahu hilltribe,these have shown no intersex traits so far indoor or out.Hope that helps.SF
