Why two plants of 16 are very small?

So hello! Im growing 16 indica plants (white shark, white rhino, lemon skunk etc.). Soil is same for all ~5.5-6.0 ph, watering them with 6,0 ph water, all plants looks great except two Church'es, one is very small and have only two leaves (end of them are little yellowish) and another one is small too but have four leaves. all other plants are bigger then them nearly 10 times. Church plants are almost 2 weeks old like all other plants and are only few cm tall. Temp in box is ~30-33c day, 21-22 night, humidity is about 55 night, 30-40 day, watering them each two days. What problem could be that? Here is a pictures (Sorry for bad quality):

more than likely just a strain issue not anything you have done. be patient and make sure you don't over water the church, they are smaller and need less than the others right now. to much water will not help them catch up

Was my thinking greenmatter. Sometime small pools of water will slow roots and not uptake water. So it will create pools, i might slide them out and look at the medium. If there are few roots and very wet, id say thats your issue. If so just re pot and cut down on water. This happen to me before, but now i over use the perlite, which gets rid of this problem. Plus only give enough water the plant needs.....................
