i'm talkin 5 or 6 plants but it'd still be a felony...im also not talkin about what happens later...my question is CAN THEY CONFISCATE MONEY THAT IS IN YER BANK ACCT VIA DIRECT DEPOSIT AND YOU CAN PROVE IT IS LEGIT?..please try real hard and stay on topic..lol

they can just wake up one day and freeze yer acct?..the bank would have a record of everything..i'm talkin about a legitimate acct and legit money with proof from the bank from where it came..
I assume they would give you some sort of legal notice. Who , what , why, where.
Depends on the state. Assume they sieze it. You have a paper trail. You will win. But the only person tasting that cash will be your lawyer.
Also depends on if it is a Civil (preponderance of the evidence) or Criminal (you're screwed) seizure.

banks suck, dont ever keep money there. i just use my bank to pay checks and random bills. i never deposit more than a few thousand at a time. my balance never exceeds a few thousand since all the cash is used to pay bills quickly....
i dont have more than 5k in my bank accounts now, the car registered in my name is only worth 2k, my 20k car is a lease owned by the bank....the house is not in my name.....makes me look less plump and juicy when the feds go hunting for someone to raid...

Exactly. They would take it all at first then make you prove what part of it is legit and you will eventually get it back, but will cost you more in lawyer costs. I would hope that they wouldn't do a seizure for 5 fucking plants in a non med state, but then again it wouldn't shock me.
