what you see in the pics is without the back wall put on yet...its easier to work with this way...
there are already 4- 2 inch intake holes at the bottom plus what is below..
There will be 2 intakes ( 4 inches) on the back wall of the veg side too..plus 2 the same on the bloom side with 1 intake fan for cool air...I will have a total of 16 inches of intake..
the light is going into a pyrex bread tube I got off e-bay..like lemon's DIY thread...that will have a 112 cfm AC fan sucking out the heat from the HPS...
To vent the entire cab, i will use one of the same exhaust fans ( AC) but 150cfm's..that will easily clear the 6.33 cubic feet of space 3 times a minute...that fan will be mounted on the top inside the electrical compartment to cool at it too at the same time...

Each 2" hole is ~4.7 sq inches. Each 4" hole is ~12.56 inches. Based on your info, that's roughly 69 square inches of intake. Based on the 2x passive recommendation, you've got enough intake for a 6" exhaust. In fact, you've got about 12.5" more than 2x. That should help reduce static pressure on your fan for things like ducting, perpendicular walls and the scrubber.

If your cab runs too hot, try it w/o the intake fan and compare.

thanks dor the info Disco!!! apart from the 2 holes for the cool-tube, I will only have 1-4 inch hole for exhausting the whole cab...I will have the same PVC tubing as I do on my cab, underneath this newer one...thats why I need the 2-3 extra holes to compensate for the bends...you are a huge help!!!

Sorry again for no updates but here we go!
Today is Day 35 of Bloom...she's drinking 4 litres everyday now and, hopeully, where she is supposed to be by this time...

I can't believe all the crystals on the leaves...I'm slowing down on the food too..

Hello?lol...
I finally got my mogul socket today...they don't sell them anywhere so I went to an electrician and they sold me a heavy duty one...small towns suck...
today is day 37 of bloom so, as usual, here's some pics

she's getting fatter now...and smelly...like a candied skunklol...

such a great strain...can't wait to try some

the burns from the t5's...I'm grateful for this cab because I've learnt alot....

I think this mogul socket will be great...its rated for 1500watts..let me know what you all think of it...its a first for methe one on the left is a regular socket...what a monster...
So, I hope the threads not getting too boring for everyone..lol...and enjoy the pics!!!
