What's new

Growlab tents are junk are replacement parts available

Well trying to save a few bucks i bought a growlab instead of a hydrohut. I knew it was a mistake when i opened the box and found cheap crappy plastic parts instead of the all metal construction of my hydrohut. All the plastic pieces that holds the support bars broke within a week. I called the tent company and they never called back. Where can i get some new parts , or does anyone have ideas for stroger parts that could be retrofitted?

I'd call Greners and see if they have a solution as they sell these and are tent-experts it seems. This reassures me on my Secret Jardin purchase. The thing was super easy to setup and the materials seem solid. But the connectors are plastic still. People say you have to be careful with disassembly and its not a problem, I personally didn't have any issues.

Growlabs are nice tents but there still tents and there not made to hold alot of weight. i got a 10x10 growlab and same thing happened to me after my first grow in it, i found its best to frame out the larger size tents with 2x2's it makes them nice and strong.

GL145 is fantastic. Composit fittings are strong, frame is strong.
Only thing I do not like is; intake ports are too small.
I'm not likeing 'customizing' the tent.

As for C/S..I called GL for xtra ceiling bars. I had them inside a week. They forgot to ship some of the plastic brackets, I had those in less than a week.. no questions.

Glad to see the title of this thread is not the trend!
