Hi All!
I'm looking for some information on Indiana Bubblegum grown outdoors. Or crosses of Indiana bubblegum? Anyone.
Its been around for a good long while but I can't seem to find any outdoor grow info.

What BB do you have FireFly? The actual original bgum strain that can be found in southern indiana/ky or do you have one of the offerings from Serious or THSeeds?

The seeds that have floated around Indiana/ky since about 1978, have 2 pheno's, a medium sized christmas tree with a sweet/minty sort of smell and taste. The high is a euphoric, couchlock high. There is another pheno that is bushier/branchier but doesnt have much taste or smell. The bushier pheno finishes outdoors 10 days or more later than the christmas tree pheno and around here, most people grow the christmans tree pheno. It yeilds 10 ozs and finishes Oct 1.

Ive grown the Th seeds strain and its very similar to the christmas tree pheno although it lacked the potency of the original cross. I believe Serious seeds to be a different plant altogether but thats just my opinion - i dont have any idea where their strain originates.

I have to add that the christmas tree pheno, crossed to a nice blueberry male has to be one of the best crosses ever made. The combination of 2 euphoric strains can result in a fruity, giggly buzz. I had a bubbleberry pheno for years that was excellent.

I grew Indiana Bubblegum indoors and outdoors. Good yielder ... good looking ... just didnt make the grade in my world. Lots of others love it though it seems.

We ran it outside last year the Indiana Bubble Gum and out of six plants we got about 13 pounds. My computer is down right now and I am posting form my phone but check my outdoor album you might find some pics in there. I will just say that its getting a much bigger section of the outdoor garden this year.

I am not going to say it will put you on your ass but the cut we have is a real nice daytime smoke.

I've grown the indiana bubble gum a bunch. It's what I like to call girly weed. looks and smells amazing. mostly grows like a breeze, it's fast and yields well. it just lacks potency and flavor. girls love it though. doesn't get them too high. looks real pretty and smells like sugar.

I imagine it would do well outdoors. I know southern Indiana, where it's from is a great area to grow in.

Thanks for all the info, I don't have the actual clone of the original Indiana Bubblegum but I have Mosca's cross of Old time Moonshine (M) x Indiana Bubblegum (F). I have 6 ladies of this cross, 2 of them are straight bubblegum, with my pheno #2 being more grape bubblegum and the pheno #3 being straight sweet pink bubblegum. I never smelled anything that sweet before, just straight sugar.
The other 4 girls of this cross one is very sativa leaning (as the male OTM was a very sativa leaning) and the other 3 are similar in leaf shape and structure but have a more musky earthy aroma.
I would love to grow them outdoors but was not sure about how their parentage faired outdoor.
As for the potency I believe the OTM will beef up the power! But I'm into some great daytime smoke too!
Thanks All
I think I have a chance!

Anyone grown the Female seeds version "bubblegummer"? Interested to know what this one like I will putting a few of these in the ground this year?

So the consensus is that this is not a couch lock but does any of it actually have the bubblegum flavor or is that just the smell??
