Here ya go, Baba Ku... vertically grown plants. The bottom nodes are left to grow, rear growth that can't be pulled to the front is culled and tops are fanned to surround the light.

here's what my 150 is producing:

There are 4 of these in the closet. Average pull per plant is around 1/2oz. I trim any lower buds that will not benefit from the light and plump up.

They are sharing the room with 3 of these:

^^First time running this strain, It's my own creation in the works^^ So the 3 I have are being grown using different methods to see which is the best method for my space, and also on how she responds to different things. At the moment she is @ 5 weeks in 12/12 and will go for another 5-6 probably maybe longer.

Thanks DB.
By the way. The ol' lady is showing Major interest in the 60/60 method. Here's hoping she gives the all clear to go outside to play this year.

GET MORE ! Yield

GET MORE ! Yield

Whats everyone's average yield for 150?

DWC Vert FIM Cooltube GH
(small cabinet, old bulb, seriously old ballast)

Eliminating my first run. My average is close to .80-.90 gpw.

Guessing average is 15 grams per plant (max plant 4-6) is low side.

If your averages are less than .40 gpw, consider that your light is too far away. The girls are always less than 5 inches away from the light. (think bear hug cooltube!)

DONT WASTE THE LIGHT!
and never stop improving!

Whats up 150 users!
I just placed an order for a Sagmartha Cal Train Wreck fem 5 pk and Cannacopia Chuck D 10 pk. I plan on germing them in August (I'll be on vacation from May-July, so I can't start any sooner) and using a 150 hps for both veg and flower. My goal is to harvest 75-85 grams.

Im going to germ 3 TW and 5 Chuck D, veg them for 3-4 wks, and use 2 gal pots during flowering. If necessary I'll LST them a bit. Soil is going to be from the fox farm line and im not sure what nutes im going to use, other than molasses. Budget is around $200, not counting power costs.

I've grown before under a 400 hps, and harvested 210 grams from 6 plants (strains were Wonder Diesel by Rez, and Mk Ultra from THS). Ive also grown Rez's Double Strawberry Diesel (best bud i have smoked) under 212 watts of cfls and harvested about 75 grams from 2 plants.

Do you guys think my goal of roughly 3 oz is obtainable? Any suggestions or changes that you think I should make to my planned set up would be appreciated.

I'd say if you're doing 2 gal pots do a max of 4 plants and u should be able to get 3/4oz per especially with a 4 week veg and LST. If you want more plants i would recommend a SOG setup with no veg time.

lol...Chamez, you made me go to my notes...

Lets see...they were cast on Nov 2, and flowered out on Dec 22.
So, 7 wks veg. If I remember right, that was how long it took to sex them and three of another line.
Mind you that the box is in a non heated garage and the cool temp gets down to low 50'sF which tends to make things a bit slower than when it's warmer.

I like to have a run cast about the same day I go into flower on the previous run if I can. If I keep that cycle going it is a bit tough to contain things, but the harvest is far better than just counting on a 30 day veg.
I used to wait till like 30 days before harvest to start the next run...but coming up short in the past taught me to never count your chickens before they shit all over the garden.
Being ahead it's easy to stay on top, getting behind never lets you catch up.

Wow that plant looks small for seven weeks veg. I vegged for 50 days during my last grow and plants were triple that size when done.

You have em in a 2.5 quart pot?
I will say that looking at my notes, most off of the seedlings when they were cast got a bit burnt from using old soil. It usually stalls them a bit.
But the main reason they are the size they are, is the pot they are in.

First grow: Nirvana NL, SCRoG, COCO, H3ad nutes formula, STEALTH, 150W HPS

Hello everyone. Lot of commotion around me recently so I haven't been here for a couple of days. Since things are going back to normal I'm finaly back here with update on my gro...
It's 7 weeks old now and I've just put my girl under a scrog and 150 HPS. Plant is 12" tall and quite bushy. I think it's ready for flowering but please chime in with suggestions. I'm runin' COCO, watering twice a day according to H3ad 6/9 formula (+/- 10% runoff). No problems so far. I'm mixing 1gal fert batch which is enough for a week and its really simple!

OrgAeroMan: still no smell so I don't turn my scrubber on. Once you start touching a plant working it under the screen it gives slight odor but nothing like "I grow pot in this room"...

Some of you suggested switching to vertical but I'll try it maybe next run. I can keep only one plant so I don't know if vertical makes sense...
Anyway, I'm happy so far!

FULL BOX run here:

Sk#1 and Rezdog strain (forget which).
Light is on! I am NOT going to pull them out till the end!
note many differences in setup.

expecting more than 1.0 gpw
If I can keep mold loss down, should easily surpass 1.0.

If you can see the light, you are wasting LUMs!
