Perpetual Sog: 1000k watts over 5 2x2 flood tables. Feasible?

After reading a thread about a 2,400watt perpetual garden, I wanted to scale down the operation to 1,250watts. I was thinking of using one 2x2 Flood table under a 250watt for mothers and 4 2x2 flood tables under a 1000watt. Each table would have its own reservoir so each tray can be on a nutrient regimen appropriate for the plant's current stage of growth. So, it's basically a small scale version of the "Al B Fuct" guy's perpetual SOG grow I found on google.

My questions are how many plants can I fit into each 2x2 tray and how many mothers will I need to keep to have enough clones handy? Also expected yield would be nice if anyone has any experience in growing like this. Al B. claims to pull 2lbs every two weeks using 2 1000w HPS lamps for flowering 4 3'x3' tables and one 400w for the mothers. If there's a more efficient way to get the most from a single 1000w bulb I'd like to hear your suggestions.

Thanks
