yeah i believe there is better and stopped running it outside. on another note its great stock for making crosses. i combined it with a local outdoor strain i had and it was worth it.

we at at 40n, surrounded by H2O, and everything we have grown has molded... starts around the 20/25sept, and by the 1st week of oct, 50/60/70% of the plant is moldy shit...

a couple of people suggested strains from hybrids from hell (hfh).. i prob will get a pack, also mentioned was rox by paradise seeds, but out of stock on the boo, and not trusting of other seed banks...

^ interesting. im at 39n , not surrounded by water, depending on strain though of course i have no problem some years harvesting mid october. depends on strain and weather. can usually run anything. some mold is acceptable loss outdoors, but usually comes down to when it starts to rain.

some ran a blue dragon cross last year in your neck of the woods. 6in cuts were planted in 100 gallon smartpots third week of june and finished sept 25th. 3 p`s per and only 4 feet tall. compost tea and botanicare nutes only...

what was she crossed with? was it blue knight? i forgot what is crossed w/ blue dragon to make blue knight... could make all the difference. but still sounds promising.

wow, that's very impressive. almost unbelievable. i've never heard 100s pulling that much weight. compost tea and botanicare sounds like a great nute regimen. i am pretty sure i'll be running blue dragon. i like the sound of bb x sour dee anyways. we'll be doing 400 gal smartpots filled 18 inches, which is really just a tad over 300 gal of compost, 6' wide beds, hopefully we can do something. last season we did 6' beds but 24" deep, sort of overkill on the depth.

yep. thats the cross. blue dragon x kriptonite. tighter buds and stronger stone then straight blue dragon. 12-14 cubic feet of soil fit in those 100 gals. lots of sun and good compost tea makes all the difference. ocean forrest soil watered every other day. tea once a week.

bushdoctor-can you tell me about blue dragon? good yield, vigor, potency, look?
sun for sure. i'll be batching AACT this season for the first time. sounds awesome.

any local dispensary carry blue knight?

blue dragon is a very fast finishing plant. no kidding 45 days inside mid sept outside. branchy plant with airy buds no matter what you do. she smells of blueberry muffins and will go black/purple even without low temps. the trichs are the same color. the high is mediocre at best and is very short in duration. I think its kept around for the gauranteed color and smell. yield isn`t all that great. the blue knight is much better imho. don`t know if any clubs have it or not.

bushdoctor-is the blue dragon you speak of told to be bb x sour dee? or is it broad leafed and indica like version?
sounds like flowering time of the broad leaf, but structure of the thin leaf sour dee, from what i've heard at least, only because i've been told the bb x sour dee goes 8.5 wks indoors, and the indica broad leaf old school version is like 6 weeks! really doesn't sound that great. thank you very much, great info, or not so great info in the case of the plant.

I grew some of Mosca's C99 F1's outdoors last year and they were great. One plant was the yielding champ of the year. No signs of PM at all. No signs of any distress at all.
A couple were ready 3rd wk of Sept, one didn't finish till mid October. (~37N)
I don't see any problems with C99 outdoors, unless of course you try to pick it too early, which it seems new C99 growers all want it to finish in 5 wks. :dunno:

Is that the BX1? I was going to try those out for my first outdoor.
