Hey, red. Yes, they're growing right along. If these continue to grow into mid or late flower, I'm ferked. I'm hoping the small bulb and the 1/2 gallon pots will keep em from going too crazy.

Well thank you, Arthur. I like my budweiser too. Switched to bud light 20 years ago. I probably like more beers than not, lol. I enjoy some of the hard stuff as well.:friends:

those are defintely gonna hit in the next 2 weeks, usually when they are looking like there still gonna stretch i just top them early, and they are usually fine and they are still growing with vigor, it causes all the other branches to catch up and keeps the plants overall height down

I appreciate the input. TBH, I'm leaning that way. I've topped plants in early flower before and secondary growth gets out of control. Not all but most strains I've tried seem to keep their overall form better with the top cola. But each strain is a new adventure because I'm pretty consistent with vegging too long. You'd think a greedy bastard would just get a bigger setup. lol
Topping may be the only resort. And you're right, better to do it now than closer to bud set. I guess you could say I'm gambling that these will top out w/o having to cut em. They're likely to end up with some form of bondage, not unlike I've done with others. They averaged better than an inch per day the first week of flower. Now they're down to a fraction of that, if any. I pinched the stalks on the tallest ones, just enough to feel the crack before it's crushed. Seems to do the trick if only temporary.
I'm just rolling the dice that these won't continue to grow after the stretch.
If I scrog this strain I'll probably top it short so I only have to manage stems. The stalks are robust but they're hollow and don't manipulate as easily as the stems

well hopefully it works out, i usually try to gamble like that as well, but lately anyways, its been ending in a big cluster fuck
well mainly its just this one plant, but i just accept that its gonna do its own thing, and i just try and manage it the best i can.
one thing i have never done is just pinch the stalk, as normally if im pinching it its to bend the sucker over, followed by some minor lst just to keep things low enough.

Lol, ya think they'll overgrow the cab? I'm still too noid to top em. My mentor says I'll probably have to break out the machete.
This would be a nice little half pipe if the stretch was over.No hairs at day 14 but I believe I've got several males. As soon as they're out of the way I'll probably crook the remaining tops.
