dubble meanings my friend .. First, Dubble Technology is a reverse not a back cross, releasing it from any conventional means of identification. also, to reverse a plant requires bioTECHNOLOGY, which not only credits the grandfather stock but science in general.

i get where you coming from... But i just think its gonna cause lots of confusion calling it Dubble Technology.. People are gonna assume it was crossed with the alien tech male with that kind of naming.
my two cents on the renaming....dude up there got it right..a dubbleu...aw...ha...and keep in mind we have already been calling it a dub for awhile inhouse....i like the post that started the discussion...good looking out for sure...but noone round here has ANY idea what the genetics or lineage is...which brings me to another point:
----i love the direction this thread still has...when we started the first one.....i dont even know how long ago it was...it hasnt changed much in quality....and now we all have access to so much more...the online "life" of people round here seems to be 4 or 5 years at most usually(i remember there was a funny thread on the stages of icmag life! ha) and it is nice to see so many "new guys" posting dank ass pics, questioning each other, spreading info, getting to the bottom of question, issues, problems....when i say new guys, of course, i am not refering to grow experience, merely new to the thread....and to the old timers still hangin...how cool has this been huh?i think this has to be one of the baddest threads on the sight, and the fact this is the second one is even cooler....great job everyone! lets remember, as has been stated a few times recently, one of our biggest benefits is directly related to the fact we police each other around here...and i see even the new guys doing it too...fuckin cool...anyways...lets keep it rolling...

Good to see the community's interest in the Sour Dubble x Alien Dawg cross. Thanks for all the positive feedback and interest, you know who you are! While I have played a large part in making a handful of beans I don't feel the need to be responsible for what to call the work. Other members who played a direct role(providing pollen etc.) feel free to speak up. I will be selecting phenos and posting my work. The pheno I choose to represent my intentions will carry the 'Dubble Technology' mark and will be provided to medicinal users under that name. If anyone asks which genetics are at play I will respond with accuracy.

"Dub" amongst the musicians means a style of mixing. Instrumental only with alot of sound effects and echo.... a term coined by King Tubby of Kingston, JA. Dub music spawned hip hop (via Kool Herc) and the "dub mix" in dance music, among many other modern music genre's.

This name was probably easy "Chocholate Rain"
(Dna chochalope x Dj shorts cocoa Kush)
pheno A - high was for two hours while playing grand tourismo 5, paused race, felt the sativa knock out comming and tried to fight. Gave in and dozed with head lolling for bout an hour and a half. opened eyes, chugged milk straight from the container . sat down unpaused, won race and loaded another. That was the 2nd day after cut down with rapid dry on the stove.
Pheno B - the sizable one. bout a third more yield with out the knock out punch
both are worth keeping, there was two others whose expression seemed halved between these two, but these two were most notable in my book. I am getting some mocha smells but from prior experience with blueberry I seem to lock onto it rather than chock smells, but every once and a while when I just get a whiff, it's there. Taste is smoooth like earth with sweet overtones. taste like dessert, rides like the main course.
