Shiny RDWC Vessels Growing Super Lemon Haze and One Unknown

What up ICMAGers! Here we go with another grow and this time I want to capture it as a journal for future reference. The buckets are shinier as well as the room.

As the title suggests, I'll be growing 5 super lemon haze and 1 unknown strain. The unknown could be 1 of 4 strains that were mixed up in stasis. The SLH is a pheno that I was forced to grow because only one female survived out of my 10 beans (human error, rookie mistakes). So, since this is my first time fully flowering slh, all of you will be learning with me about my lone survivor slh phenotype. Let's hope the pheno does not suck donkey balls, stretches like gumby, and grows enormous donkey dicks. I'm not getting my hopes up though because I have read various reports and some phenos stretch like crazy and some do not... time will tell.

My girls are very sensitive and slow growing. EC right now must be 0.2 or else they claw but no signs of deficiency. I have, however, been foliar feeding them seaplex for extra N in hopes to speed up the growth.

To start off this thread here are some pictures of my last grow, which I am harvesting right now. Damn is it stinky!

Smells like like a skunk sprayed bleach and berries out of its ass!​

Here are some room descriptors:
Size = 7' x 9'
Cooling = 14,000 BTU Portable AC
Humidity Control = Cap Controlled 40pint dehumidifier and 0.5gal/hour humidifier
1/3 HP Chiller w/ 700gph pump
1200gph return pump
Two 9150 cu.in/min air pumps
Two 1K watt HPS
One 400 watt HPS
One 400 watt MH

I'm using a commercial system as you can see, it is a modified undrecurrent with upgrades like 2 air pumps and a 1200gph return pump and separate water pump for the chiller.

Update - day 42 of Veg. I think I went a little too long in veg cause tjo stated that SLH stretches till day 20 in flower up to 4 to 5 times. If that's the case with my pheno, they will be touching the ceiling in a few weeks. So, I'm going to make the flip to 12/12 tonight.

This strain is crazy sensitive like I said earlier. 6 weeks of veg and they can only take an EC of about 0.3. I've never grown a strain that didn't take at least 0.6 EC at this point. Even so, they look great but grow slow. If I try to up the EC, they start to claw.

I don't turn the plants no matter what I have on the walls. If I had more room, I would have lights surrounding the plants but in my case I'll just train them.

Excellent setup, Krest. Very pro and clean. I'm growing some super lemon haze as well, but in coco. They've been vegging since December. Good thing I have high ceilings.

I've been feeding my girls at an ec of 1.2 since they were big enough to take it. No deficiencies whatsoever, but again, I'm running in coco with canna nutes.

I'll be checking back in to see your progress. Looks like it's gonna be fun!

42 days in veg, are very long time.! even in my first run
with the slh, i had seeds and i gave them 40 days with only 600w
and i found that im telling you..i had BIG problem with the height and my canopy was like shit..
now in my second run with slh-with clones from the best plants-
my veg time was about 15 days and my canopy is better then ever..
also the slh strech x4,x5 but until the end..until the 20 day of flower, you can wait strech x3 for sure..
your slh claw?? i had clawing in my first run in 1,4 ec.. you
said that happen at 0,6?? strange to me!

any way, i wish good luck and i suggest you to prune all the tops
if you turn the timer today..more prunning,more tops and less strech.

Thanks Hemphrey! That is a long veg, since Dec... your plants are going to be monsters. 1.2 seems much more reasonable than what is happening on my end. My girls just don't like allot of food I guess... could be the pheno or it could be that I have lots of air in my rootzone.

Thanks for stopping by tjo! It is strange that they claw so quickly and are so sensitive.

Check these pics out showing clawing with 0.4 ec, yes that's a zero point four. VERY Strange to me too.

This plant is all over the place in regards to phenos. I have one indica, one hazey and three hybrids. One of the hybrids, maybe doubled in height after the switch. This may have been because the light was a little high. The indica actually stretched more than the hazey one, go figure. Overall, the stretch was maybe half if that. The indica one is the easiest to deal with the others are fussy bitches in veg. but in flower they took full nutes no problem. These plants love to flower, you are in for a treat. They are coming down tuesday, I am going to put some pictures up in the greenhouse section the night I cut them down. I grew them in all perlite hempy's with the lucas formula. I vegged from seed for 3 months or so.

I don't think I have the indica pheno... seems to be more like a hybrid to me. Although, I don't have any haze experience, so I'm not sure what to look for.

Any help on spotting haze traits would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!
