Fantastic outdoor plant, looks very good, great work man.

I've not seen Spliff Seeds before, I have a pack of Hawaii x Maui Waui by Nirvana, wonder if Spliff Seeds bought their seedstock from Nirvana?

both hawaii x maui and hawai x skunk have disappeared from the boutique. I figured they might get listed under sativa seed bank but that whole brand is missing now.

do you think the hawaii maui waui from nirvana will go outdoor on 49. lat??

Nope...not in this life.

Sorry...this is one of my pet peeves....

Hawaii is a place...so is Maui...There is no such thing as Maui Waui....We grow hundreds of strains here. Some as different as night and day. Are all of them Maui Waui?

People! it is a marketing tool....Hang the word Hawaiian in front of it and it will sell.

Many here seem very hung up on genetics. Then you lump Hawaiian strains all in one basket. And give us a pass..."it's from Hawaii...it has to be good".

There is no one strain...there's hundreds....besides...if you want true Hawaiian weed...it has to be grown in Hawaii.

Ya got my interest.

Aloha,
Please point me at that documentation.

Been here 8 years, actively seeking the legend of Maui wowee.

What I find is:
Back in the late '60s some of the first sans semilla and hydro-grown buds hit the streets.
A lot was Columbian seed but exotic names helped double the price.:D

And, any kine buds from any of the islands was being called Maui wowee.
All about marketing.:)

It beat the crap out of the Columbian bricks and is one of the reasons I moved to the Islands.

Found "Puna-butter" an' "Duckfoot" but not a trace of M. W.
Figured it was exactly as Old Haole said.

But, if you can point at documentation, I'm all eyes, brah!

Wanna have three way head to head wit' "Beegguy'sland Rodney", an' "Maui Thai-grr".

True fantasy strains.:greenstars:

Aloha, Yall.
