a short rehydration tale -
this summer there was a very sizeable cartel grow near our plot. When the forces came in to clear out the guerrillas there were bales of pot all over the damn place. A neighbor of mine had a bale drop off the helicopter near his land, and he fetched it.
anyway the dude who salvaged this bale of ganja was trying to moderate its moisture content with tortillas. seemed like a bad idea to me.. but then again we are talking a desert like environ.
