I'm sorry man :( I'm sure many of us can empathize about how bad it is to lose a prized cut =/ Can you be more specific as to what happened?

Sorry, but the universe takes and gives. Maybe get a 10-pack of something you find interesting, make F2s, and sift to find your own "elite" that you can then give back to the community.

Hmm, couldn't you try recutting the stem and 're-cloning'? I have no clue, just curious. You learn anything from the experience maybe we can all benefit from?

I would defintely try and clip the stem, dip it in cloning gel and attempt to re root it... can't hurt to try...

so easy to salvage her ..weed will regrow after so much stress ..i just recently had a few ecsd clones and moved them to a new spot ,the new owner killed them within 2 days ,i magically bought them back to life as soon as i touched them ..give the little ladies a chance they will will grow :tiphat:

Cannabis is pretty hearty, unless it's shredded, at least attempt to salvage it, even if it means toothpicks, scotch tape and string.

I've seen some pretty abused cuts and plants pull through and flourish. It cant hurt to try.

Threw two males out 6ins in height, into the garden, one of them got stood on, in the frost, attacked by chickens, nibbled at, lay in mud n chicken shit, still popped it's head up.

How can you drop your babe, then write her off???:scripture:

I did the same thing , i just got a C5D cut and i dropped a prop lid on it and snapped it in half! was not happy :nono: ,
there was still a thread connecting the 2 bits of stem tho so i planted it down in a pot and amazingly it is still alive and growing now :) it's amazing how much punishment they can take and survive .

i would defo try re-cutting it aswell that is a good idea

if i was given it, run it then lost it
I still reckon its better than never having it at all....

So lucky to get it, unlucky to lose it

karma has come full circle

no way is it saveable guys i would do it trust me the thing was freshly rooted and only and inch or so tall the stem completely broke from the root and the edge of the pot crushed the whole thing.

so many ways to save it. pfffffftttt oh well maybe it was time to move on to better things

Ive lost many of my favorite cuts, these werent the first and Im sure not the last. Atleast the ECSD isnt a very rare cut. Ive lost some rare ones bro.

Another bad thing is when you get an unrooted cutting after spending months trying to get hold of the strain and then it doesn't root.

been there buffoonman,i had the arcata e32 trainwreck,chem#4 and chem 91 come to me and for some reason could not get 1 out about 20 cuttings to root.everything else i've gotten ahold of rooted, just not those 3. it was definitely me and not the cuts.that was over a year ago and i still hate it
