Just wondering what yall thought about the possibility of gettin two mother's to take clones off of for this summer. popped two ww seeds on Feb. 1st hoping to have clones ready to go by mid may the 15th or so. I guess what i'm asking is do you think the seeds i popped will be grown enough to take clones off of them by mid may.

It kinda depends on how many clones you want to take from each plant. 10 yea, 30 no
Unless you know the seeds to be fem you'll have to sex em too which will knock back the amount they're gonna grow and the number of cuts you're gonna be able to take. I probably would have started a month earlier. You can always do a combination of seeds and clones if worse comes to worse.

Yeah they are feminized ten is really all i'm going for gunna get like two or three bags of ffof per hole line the bottom of each with plastic, chicken wire around them, water when needed, and just let those bad girls go. So thanks Big Tex you think ten is definitely a possibility by mid may to have ten or so clones rooted and ready to go?

It should be no problem unless You have problems. Shit happens Man.
Have eggs in more than one basket. I start extra, and take extra clones, just in case you run into trouble. Nute lock can set You back

yeah your probably right i will most likely take as many clones as i can without killing the mother cause i don't know what could happen- the possibilities to have things go wrong are way higher than everything going smooth. Sound advice thanks a lot Dr Purpur and BigTex

Any suggestion for a good rooting hormone?

anyone in Butte County heard about county coming together to vote on a new medical marijuana ordinance?

butte county is voting this week on an ordinance that would limit a property to 12 mature plants maximum, 832$ to register as a medical outdoor grow, and 44$ fee for each plant in your garden.

wow it will cost me roughly $1360 to simply set up an outdoor medical garden, without regards to compost, amendments, smart pots.

as if the county assumes all medical growers are lucrative commercial businesses. i know a few people who won't be able to afford to grow medically outdoors if this ordinance passes. sad

If its a choice between $1300 vs. lawyers fees/loss of crop/huge hassle. I'd go with the 1300.

cant wait to see what this season produces! good luck everyone!
