How do I clean my room after pollen has been blown everywhere?

Had some hermies and they nutted everywhere.

What do I do? I don't want the pollen kicken around for the next crop.

Lightly spray everything down with plain water.
Water will sterilize the pollen upon contact.
Just make sure every nook and cranny gets a little water!
