Cooking with Cocoa Butter

Does anyone have any experience making canna cocoa butter? I'm wanting to make chocolates, but I'm confused to how to infuse the cocoa butter with cannabis. I would like to soak the ground buds in water to leach out some of the bad taste, but can i put these ground wet buds into the cocoa butter or do i need to dry them first? Any help/insight is greatly appreciated

i would make the Canna Butter first... add the cocoa later.

Use a Crockpot, melt the butter with some water and cook on low for a few hours with all your weed mixed in...

then strain in through a cheesecloth into some tupperware, their are lot's of tutorials on here... just look them up!

I'm starting from raw cocoa butter...it is derived from extracting the powder and butter from chocolate liquor. The end result is cocoa powder and cocoa butter. I want to infuse the cocoa butter with cannabis and then mix it with cocoa powder to make chocolate. What you are talking about is something totally different from what I'm referring to. Yes, I've made my fair share of edibles, and I've made tons of cannabutter. But this is different and I want to know if anyone else here has done this.

All butters same same...
I go normally with coconut butter,cacao butter, hemp oil.
I think it is most potency way to enjoy...

Any problems with tempering chocolate if water got into the cocoa butter???

Yes i think so, big problems with tempering choco if any water. Mayby if you do it right(not leaving any water in it), you might get it right. I add my raw MJ just in when butter is still running. I think raw is better then butter, but it is depending how much stuff your putting in..

Just take your butter and heat it up untill you get all water out

any reason not to just sift the nugs/trim then mix kief with ur powder b4 mixn with butter ?
