1.2sq ft Micro cab 5 23w cfl mixed spectrum

Hello all,

At the moment I have a 1.2sq ft cab that has 5 23w cfls in it mixed spectrum red/blue. I have the stains currently on the way of cataract kush, dinafem diesel, chem#3x sfv ogk f5, and got some free beans with confidental cheese, northern blue freebie and 2 other i dont remember off hand. I am currently waiting on the beans to arrive then what i will be doing is i will be planting and in this little cab I am going to keep one male of selected strains and then find the females and then i will move 4-5 females up another location to become mothers for a different project I will be keeping 2 females in the current cab Ive just put together it has a 70cfm inline fan and a 50cfm exhuast with a little circular fan inside. I will be using GH 3 part series with rez' nute regimine but a little bit tweaked to what i thought worked better in my interest. I use fox farm ocean forest mixed with peruvian sea bird gauno.
For flower I use this additive ill have to dig it out later and inform you all of the name but it works wonders and makes my yeild a lot higher and better looking/ tasting nugs when used properly and how it says to use. I am working on getting a camera (mine broke) once i get one i will be posting pics of my micro cab I hope you all enjoy

I'm just got a 1.5 sq' cab going I'll be looking in. I went with 3x42w cfl's I need to dial in the ventilation better.

i need to go buy a new 125w bulb i have the light fixture idk why i havent yet place is far but i may go get it the next week or so and add it to the cab get like 200w goin in there almost. be a nice little micro with some good strains. Ill keep up dating and im currently working on my own strains that i will be donating to ICMAG for freebies once finished i will talk to who ever i need to when that time comes but i look forward to getting into the icmag family

Well I decided to go with 2 27w blue spectrum, 4 23w blue&red spectrum, and one 68w of a total of 214w mixed spectrum the seeds that i will have for this current grow are

I am using fox farm ocean forest soil mixed with a mixture of Peruvian seabird guano 10-10-0 mix. As soon as my beans arrive i will update and start germing. Im currently awaiting my camera as i left it in another state it should be arriving any day now.

Is that 68 watter a TCP brand from Home DePot?
I bought two yesterday and they run extremely hot.
My 85w CFLs run about 120-130F (they are about 4 years old so they may be running cooler and less bright than when I first bought them). These TCP brand ones run almost 170 at the bulb.
I think a 75w HID would kick the shit out of these 68 watters and run cooler.
Mine are going back.

Yes it is the TCP and im not worried about the HID being better as this is jus my mini cab for messing with cfl lighting as i have a real tent else where. so they run a little hot? my ventilation is very good right now with out it hooked up and i have room to add more and have the fans if need be, lumen wise the HID would be best if your going for the most you can get out of the small space your limited to but im just messing around with this as ive never used cfls before

Nothing wrong with CFLs. Those were just too hot for my setup.
Hard to beat that $14 price for 4,200 plug and play lumens.
My 85 watters are also listed as 4,200 lumens but they're old.

Yea the price was really good. Hopefully ill be ordering another strain or 2 so i can get a mini breeding project going. Chem 3OG with a kush or cheese not sure but i have a few ideas.
