very reflective......NON poris...for bacteria growth and humidity...
very easy to clean, cut, and utilize......
Food service / Hospital approved so it must be g00d enuff for sum plants......plus the surface just wipe's down to clean............

I used Duroc. It is a concrete board that is mold/mildew/fire resistant. Very similar to drywall don't get it wet. After framing in the room and hanging the duroc I then stapled Reflectix insulation over top. It is 99.9% reflective and also mold/mildew/fire resistant.
Imagine stiff bubble wrap with tabs on the edges for stapling. Very easy to install, not too expensive, and cleans with mild soap and water.
*You could probably get away with just the reflectix but I wanted the extra barrier to protect against subzero temps outside during dark hours.

thanks for the idea man, i just check Lowes and they don't list any flat white panels on the website but they do list a nice looking pebbled surface panel for $26.00 and change that looks really nice, i like that it's mold and mildew resistant.

i sheeted my room inside and out with osb. the floor and roof are osb just thicker. insulation in the floor, walls and ceiling so my environment is tight. caulk all seems and screw heads inside so it really is sealed. pay attention to the door. use a good sealing door for outside (open out to give you all the room on the inside 
).

Osb here as well. I use the Blue Ribbon stuf from HD.
