Any Colorado Dispensary Owners Out There?

You can't sell to them anymore.
They have to cultivate 70% on their own and the rest they have to get from someone that has a Special License for growing Specifically for that dispensary...
They will probably still buy it from you, but it's illegal and won't work anymore.
Heres what to do -
Call up the spots you want to slang to, and ask them how someone could legally sell them medical buds.... If they have an answer, maybe it will work.
My local disp. said that they Really needed better quality bud and would love to purchase but couldn't do it.

It regulates dispensaries (MMCs) and liscenced grow-op.
There is another one in the works now, too, call the 'cleanup bill', cause the lobbyists learned that all these things they wanted in the bill were fucking them over.
