heres a chem sister that has vegd round 45 days in a crowded 400wt veg cab nuthin but maxibloom hell i dont check my ph or ppms i just put 1 tsp maxibloom per gallon shake and feed thats it nothin elese

she has just been put out to flower

Im bout to start cuttin for a fyew vertical colosiums and Id like to know bout what kinda yield Id get if I stuk 3 10 gallon Iglu coolers around each 600 watt light. The coolers are bout 2 cu ft each and we'r gonna be hand waterin into coco choir. We'r figurin on puttin 2 plants in each of the coolers. We'r figurin on puttin the cuts into flower bout 4 weeks after cuttin.
So prety much we'r puttin coco choir into 10 gallon Iglu coolers and puttin 2, one month old cuts into eachofem. Then we'l be puttin 3 of the Iglus around a vertical 600 watt light, then doin it again rite over them on a rack. I was just wonderin bout what one of those iglus would yield me after flowerin for 9 weeks. We'r runnin Blue Dream.
Could anybody guestimate?

I use s@nni3s buffertabs for veg. just add water, then Maxibloom and some crushed dolomite lime for flower. dont need a ppm or ph meter.

I sure am glad i found this thread. I was using 3 different bottles of FF. Some sort of problem would always come up. I have been using maxibloom for 2 months and have not had a problem pop up yet. I use it in my veg cab on my mums too. I havent had to add anything else.

Wow this is an awesome thread Ioni..k.i.s.s. is an understatement lol. so let me get this right cuz im kind of a visual learner (and a newbie) lol..mix one tsp(5ml) of Maxibloom in a mason jar full of HOT water, shake it, then mix it in with your tap water in a bucket. right? not trying to make it harder than it is..just making sure i fully understand so i can get it right the first time. Im also using coco for the first time, should i use cal/mag or epsom?. My tap reads at around 225 ppm.

It's that simple. I'd lay off the calmag unless your plants tell you otherwise. Coffee grinding is nice and so is a paint mixer for your drill..

It doesn't have to be hot water. The key is to initially use a small amount of water to actually dissolve the Maxibloom (shake the hell out of it!) then add your tap to dilute it. No matter how much you shake it and no matter how hot the water their will always be trace amounts of Maxi left on the bottom. It is not harmful to your plants in any way. (Btw, I use a 1 gal water jug and put a 1/2" of water in it and add whatever Maxi I need-in my case it's the equivalent for 30 gallons-shake the hell out of it then dump in my rez and fill to the 30 gal mark with water-ph to 6 and I'm done)
Your 225 tap should be all you need. Only add cal/mag if you notice a cal/mag def.

I use a water pump in my rez for mixing nutes up.. The Maxi mixes up no problem at all.

I have been trying to use distilled/rainwater for everything but I just can't get enough. My tap water runs at about 500ppm - would it be safe to use this with the 1tsp/gal MB?

Probably but I'd dilute the tap with your clean water to bring the ppm down. Try it on a few, they might actually like the tap better!

I think Im gonna get on e-bay an get some today too. I got so many options. So much equipment. I just gotta figure out what we wanna do.
We got 3 bukkits of 3 foot tall moms and I think we just mite cut offem and put the moms in flower. That'l meen bubblin the moms in the flower room in dwc bukkits. Then when the cuts root we can puttem into flower too. We'l do the clones in 10 gallon iglu coolers with coco choir. And I think we'l stack the coolers into colliseums. 6 coolers to a colliseum with 2 x 600 watt hps's for each colliseum.
Thats what I think we'r gonna do anyhow. We got lotsa equipment. I took my aero kit apart. It just wasnt workin for me anymore. Too much to do.Way too much. My arthritus is gettin to me and sometimes Im neglectfull and the flowers suffer.
I figure we'r gonna cut today and get mabey 28 cuts. We'l start there. It should be a prety good show. We'r workin with bout little over 6.8k. More really. Well Im kinda excited and so is Cyndi. I think we'l start a thread here somewheres. --K.I.S.S. Live!--- At "THE FUNKY COLEMANZEIUM"!
