well spotted mate. i got a similar one myself. i don't use the water tank provided as its too small. just link it up to a piece of hose, and drain into a bucket or something similar, works great. might get another one myself. the only problem is they give off a bit of heat, but in this weather it won't matter.

Hey stuppa, Bought one for the house and not my grow per se. They seem pretty good bought it a few month ago still working. Paid £80 I think. Popped in the room with my grow in and it took the humidity from 80% to around 45% within the hour. Didn't really manage to get below 40% with it, but shouldn't really need to for growing.

I use one in the winter months...or drying and if theres too much RH ...just make sure its got a hose tail connector on the back that by passes the internal res...then put it up above a bucket or you water res... instant RO water, if needed ;) runs all the time and no need to keep empting the internal res...Ive a similair one from B&Q ..again nice find
