aight baller lets see some pics...
For 30k I would do 6k veg and two 12k flowering rooms (sealed with c02) on a flip (staggered for a monthly crop of 12k)
Veg room would be sealed with c02...(aircooled hoods/1.5 ton ductless mini split)
18 plants per 1k in 3 gallon pots...
Flowering rooms (20'x20' double insulated) would be 3 rows of 4k in 8'' blockbuster hoods with an 8'' vortex aircooling each row of 4K...
9 plants per 1k in 3 gallon pots
5'x20' pondliner trays with pico/grow nerd style pvc frame/horti-trellis scrogs for each row of 4k (5'x5' footprint per 1k)... two 2.5'x20' walkways between the rows to allow easy access to all plants.
3 ton excel air XL air to air A/C with electronic damper package to switch cooling between the two flowering rooms... (A/C would only be cooling the room with lights on and would switch after 12 hours)
10'' max/10''x39'' phresh filter in each room ducted to the return air (only during lights on)
14'' max/14''x48'' phresh filter in each room recirculating 24/7
12x 16'' wall mount oscillating fans in each room
Cap gen 2 c02 generator and sentinel CHHC-4 controller for each room...1800 ppm c02 during lights on.
2x 100 pint santa fe classic dehueys in each 12k room to keep humidity at a constant 45%

30kw? shit bro id setup 5' x 25' flood table with 5kw over it. then replicate 6 more of them 2 plants per light 45gal smartpots

Ive grown in two split rooms with 14k each in sealed room harvest ones a month CO2 at 1500 ppm water cooled ac (cooled by the pool outside) no need of water tower nothing sketchy!
and was pulling anywhere from 17-26 lb per month when I was 21
4 plants per light some less depending on size... veg them 1 and half to two months
GH nutrients and additives where fed with feeders.
All Flowering plants where in 5 gallon black buckets... connected to a drain the the bottom..
Veg room was mostly watered by hand and the whole house got flushed ones a week to keep salts and anything from locking up my babys...
Feed plants an hour after being woken up.. light at 8 (feed at 9)
every day... end of flowering had to feed twice
flushed 14 days.
starved them the last day with lights on and gave them a good 48 our darkness cut early morning... till finish...
Cleanest finest Ganja
Mom room had 5 400w lights
veg room had 6k lights on movers
2 ez cloners running at all times with roots bigger than me.
Oh and get a twister or some trim pros.
also get some Coffee! you gonna need it man!

I would setit up with larger plants and set it up so in the beginning of flower the plants were bunched together and as they stretched, you spread them out. I see too many grows in the beginning of 12/12 that have empty space wasting electric

damn! must have been nice living....most 21 year olds i knew didnt have 1k to their name, spent most their time partying. shit most 25 year olds i know are the same way!
clocking a cool half mil a year at 21....thats some good shit!

Sounds great Dr. Dank, But to think this guy did all this by himself at 21 prop215 you might be misled, I highly doubt he had this whole op running by himself especially at that age.
Im sure he had some help, in the design aspects among many other things.

Yeah should have explain better... I was the grower not the owner ! I was getting a % but did everything from seed to harvest.... the only time I got help was trimming a buddy would come over for 3-4 days.
Now I'm 100% working for myself everything I own was bought with my own money and still under 25 years old
I don't grow because of money I grow because I love it.
Yeah must of my 21 year old friend and 25 year olds are partying waisting time and money....that they dont have. I like to think that ones I'm older o can party my ass off but for now I got work to do! I want to have something for later.

First, i have 2 paid laborers for the year living with me, so maintenance SHOULD be a non-issue.
Start up capital is not an issue, efficiency however certainly is.
The 3 rooms are 3 rooms in a house, NOT a warehouse to be divided. I'll post specs of the exact space i have to work with to get a bigger picture. Veg/1 of the flowers are adjacent, and the other (larger) flower room is on the other side of the house.
What do you mean by:

By return do you mean the air drawing into the vortex air cooling the hoods?
Also, no transplant from veg to flower? I've never ran a scrog, wouldn't mind giving it a try.
I suck at DIY, any recommendations on good (aka RELIABLE AND REDUNDANT) automation controllers? I want to do nothing but tend to the ACTUAL garden. I read someone about a system (i'm in soil by the way) where soil moisture meters are set up to a drip. I'm very interested in it but know nothing of it, also, recommendations for a LARGE R/O system to handle it all?

The return air is where air cooled air conditioners pull in the air that is to be cooled... the reason for running the 10'' max/10''x39'' phresh in each room only during lights on is because the return air and the top of the A/C where the cold air comes outs would have a plenum box each with two dampers, one normally open, one normally closed.
After 12 hours (when room 1 is off and room 2 turns on) the open dampers will close and the closed dampers will open and room two would be cooled by the A/C.

Definitely. I found a 7x60 "wine cellar" in my house. going to use that as a veg and pump all 3 spare rooms as flower. 5x5 flood tables with 1 light on top sounds fucking awesome. no scrog, too much maintenance, no trees either, going to find a middle ground. strain ideas? yield and resiliance are key...
