Does the CAP PPM-4 have a photo sensor?

Can anyone tell me if the CAP PPM-4 co2 controller/monitor has a photo sensor that turns it off at night?

I see that it has an infared sensor, but isnt that sensor only used to measure ppm levels in the air? Or does the infared sensor work like a photo sensor also?

Yes it's only a infared sensor not photo sensor it doesn't cut off when the lights go off I went back and read it after reading this post.

My CAP-4 has a photo sensor.

No photo sensor for light, only for measuring ppm's.
I have mine hooked up to a timer with my ballest on it.

Oops, I have a Sentinel Cppm-4, and THAT has a photo sensor.

Wait a minute... Isn't Sentinel and CAP the same thing?
