12 weeks and no buds??

Hey experts! I'm baffled by this.
I've got 8 Arjens Haze #3's in a CAP Ebb & Grow.
1000W HPS, Jacks Professional Hydro Nutes,
PPM's at 1300 at the moment.
pH at 6.5, rez temp at 76f.
Not sure on humidity, but it's VERY dry ambient right now.
I've got a humidifier in the room, but don't think it helps
that much. They've been in 12/12 since the first of December
and the pics attached are what they looked like as of this past Sunday. I'm just stumped as to why there aren't any buds.
I know the Haze's are a longer running strain, but damn!!
Any insight would be appreciated.
And yes, the plants in the very center do look more yellow than the ones on the outside.

Thanks VERY much in advance for any advice!

Caz

I don't see the pics.

8 different seeds or 8 clones of one seed/pheno?

edit: I agree with the ppl above that light leak is the most likely cause.

How old were they when they went into 12/12?

Are you positive your lighting schedule is correct? Verify lights-on/lights-off with your own eyes. Some timers have an always-on switch that can be easily turned on.

Gotcha. There's a window in the room with just a blind on it, but I've got the lights coming on at 6am and going off at 6pm, and sun up/sun down around here right now is pretty close to that. I'll plan on just taping the window off, and go over everything with a fine tooth comb this weekend and see if I can figure it out.
They're also still stretching after two months, would you guys also say this is due to light leaks?

Thanks!

holy crap, so your neighbors can see a big-ass HPS light on thru the blinds? dude!

no, blinds are not good enuf. how do you feel about peanut butter sandwiches with no jelly?

I haven't personally grown any arjan's haze but I'd guess that they will continue to stretch long after they start putting on bud weight. Do you know about the 40/60 phenomenon?

With the light leaks I recommend lots of foil tape :D .. just make sure to go in there after lights off and stand in there for about 5-10 minutes so your eyes adjust...imo if you can see anything, it's too much light.

Caz, you seem like a cool dude. I hope you find the solution to whats wrong with the room. One should see budding within 7-10 days of flower, not 7-10 weeks. There are some evident problems going on, light leaks, is the timer right for your ballast(s)? Whichever it may be, I would suggest your next problem should be solved, genetics.

Marquis, the neighbors don't see all the light, as the lights are off when the sun is down. The question is how much light is coming through that window and around the blinds before/after the light goes off.
I've not been on site when the timer comes on or goes off, but I'll play with the
timer this weekend and force it to switch while I'm there as well as sealing up the window.
I know aside from the window that there's no other light leaks. I'm wondering how much
light comes through that window at night, with street lights and such.

Other issue I'm going to have now, the plants are at the upper limits of what the tent will handle, I really can't move my light up any higher. I expected these things to stretch for about 6 weeks into flower, but they've just kept going. What you guys are saying about light leaks makes a lot of sense to me. I didn't consider the amount of ambient light, and if I remember right, the street light is right across the street. DOH!!

def seal u[p that window bro what would ya do if it started to bud for ya and was reekin a window with blinds is a huge security and saftey risk....
but on another note ur plants .... it may be a lightleak or led light on somewhere long flowering sativas/hazes tend to be a lot more light sensitive, also keep in mynd some pure sativas will just not flower the fact u took it 12wks and got nuthin it may just be in the genetics ive heard gh took one of there strains off the market due to it not flowering maybe this has sumthin to do with it... u are one patient sob to look at that for 12wks and let it grow that patience will get rewarded eventually. i got a bluenevilles in right now that is just starting to bud at 4-5wks in and his thread gave me some extra patience to keep her in the miix. best of luck ...

Sometimes the timer is set to 12/12 but is manually turned on with a switch on the side of the unit...I think this could be the problem. These plants look like they have never seen a minute of 12/12.

I would double check the timer and if its not what I suggested maybe its a faulty timer. Definitely make sure you see the lights click off at the end of the light cycle!! I don't think light leaks alone would cause this problem as I have had light leak issues before. I would still fix it as it could be the issue and might cause plants to hermie in future crops.

I also grew AH#3 and it was quick to flower...it is supposed to be one of the quickest hazes to flower. I'm surprised that after a month with zero flowers formed you didn't notice and do something. Fix the light leak (stand in there on dark cycle and make sure its black), check the timer and possibly replace it and you should be good.

SOME hazes need more than 12 hr off. Also some hazes need to have the light completely shutoff for several days to induce flower. I am not exact on which haze it was but I remember Arjan saying (in one of his haze grow vids) that he had to give his hazes zero light for 4 straight days to get it to flower. Great breeding program you got there Arjan.... NOT!!!!!!!!! One but not the only reason I stay away from GHS.
