Topped my plants 1 week ago, ok to supercrop?

Hey There,

I topped my plants right above the 5th node, and the plants are still stretching like crazy.

Do you guys think it is ok to superstop below where i topped them? Will this cause any known issues?

Thanks

Yes, you can. I don't see why it would cause a problem. I don't see how it's going to stop the stretch though.

Check the link in my signature and maybe try some of those techniques to control the height.

was just worried bending below the top would make the plant too weak, as the bend will be supporting 2 main stalks now.

just trying to control the height of the plant a bit more. sucker has a stretchy phenotype

Bending will make stems sturdier. All the training techniques won't make stretch go away, but will give you a nice bushy plant and shorten vertical height(depending on what route you take).
