If your in a medical state + a medical patient, is buying online seeds legal?

If your in a medical state and a medical patient, does that buying online seeds legal?? Colorado is that state im interested in specifically. I cant find anything on the topic in searches..
I know that on a fed level things would still be illegal, the state level is what im concerned about

i have no idea, some dork on w***tracker was trying to give me a ration of shit for ordering seeds

saying crap about customs coming after me, how it was some giant big deal federally, that dude was being butt hurt cuz he tried hitting me up like a cop for clones and had a picture in the private message of a clone tray with tape on it that read "evidence", that dude was a jerk and got banned then came back under a new handle talking shit about how i ordered my thai seeds from over seas and how much of a big NO NO that is

with all that said, i have placed several successful orders online and am yet to be detained, sooo....

I doubt it. State laws don't have no bearing on internet and postal regulations 90% which is under the Feds.

I'd say stick with your safe addy...

Changing the address isn't likely to increase your odds of getting your shipment, and definitely decreases the odds of doing it safely...

USPS definitely abides by federal laws, not too sure about UPS/fedex, but I would feel much more comfortable with the safe addy. Legal or not. It's not like postal carriers will search to find if you are MMJ or not before confiscating your beans...

Just keep it stealth. . .find a new addy that isn't you. Don't get desensitized because you are around it, selling it all day at the dispensary.

Nope... State laws may allow specific use and/or possession but federal laws control everything that crosses international borders or state lines.
