I would suggest taking a few clones and flowering them out to find out. If I had brand new unstressed good beans myself I would go the clone route. All you need is for the clone to be rooted with new growth coming to be able to send it over and get an idea if its a chick or dude.

You can take a clone of each plant and clone them on 12/12 straight away. They show sex at about two and a half to three weeks.

As has already been said above , it`s best to grow the plant big enough ta take cuts , root and flip 12/12 for sexual expression....
Takes awhile , but you don`t haveta worry bout flippin the seedplants and reveggin em once they show peckers or pistils.....
Tried it couple times many yrs ago , and they started spittin 1 leafers and growin all mutated and shit.....They finally came out of it a month or so later ........but.....
Needless to say....take cuts and flip.....don`t waste your time on revegging.....takes too long for em to revert , and they never do as well as a normal plant in half the time IME....

most times, preflowers show me whats up. some strains simply wont throw a preflower, for those i take cuts and force em.
in my experience the cuttings dont need to be rooted to show sex.
i take cuts from my seedlings, put them in glasses of water and set a light schedule of 12 hrs off 5 hours on (digital timer). i think this fools em into thinking a whole day of flowering has passed every 17 hours.
usually the girls will show some sign within 10 days, males even sooner.

as stated take clones of your seed plants and flower them for sex. at best forcing plants to reveg after being in flower will take as long if not longer than cloning for sex. worst case you'll end up with a bunch of messed up plants. not worth the risk
